5 starsI spoke with ******* extension ****. This wonderful woman was patient kind and went above and beyond with her customer service. That has not been working for weeks. And she walked me through all the troubleshooting step-by-step as well as getting the bed not only repaired, but up and running! My husband was so excited, when he got home! It was the best night sleep aid had a weeks! when he got home! It was the best night sleep aid had in weeks! ******* has exceptional customer service, and I am beyond impressed with her taking time for me to understand the directions. I need to do to help troubleshoot, find the specific buttons, as well as give her the information she needed to help find the right answers for me. What a wonderful employee you have! I will be definitely leading **********************************, where I purchased our bed how I impressed I am at the quality, professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of ******* at your company.
