      Box stores use this place as a selling tool. When it comes down for ServeCo to do their job, they will find a way to skate around not to warrant their end of the deal. They denied my claim for there being multiple stains. One for baby spit up, and one for what they said is blue ***************. Okay, understood.. However, I said dont worry about the blue *************** (which I was informed on the phone that it isnt covered) and just file it for the spit up. I was told that because they now know there are multiple stains, they are denying my claim. The service lady who informed me that my claim was denied was not very understanding on the phone, and could tell she just wanted to get back to her sandwich. Terrible customer service and terrible warranty overall. Dont buy a product that has this companies name tied to it, if you plan on using the 5 year fabric warranty.

      I purchased a sofa from a well known furniture company and got a protection plan through these folks. I ended up getting a stain on my couch. I filed a claim and stated that I didnt know how the stain got there, not really putting much thought into it. Because of this they permanently denied my claim. I stated that I was aware that the reason was important, I gave them a couple of scenarios of what could have happened and pleaded with them to give me the service that I paid for. The Associtates (all extremely rude) refused to change anything. I feel completely ripped off. Stay far, far far away from this company. Totally not worth the extra money for the coverage.

      I've been in contact with your company 3 times. The first call I spoke with ***** and she set up the repair for our chair and it was a very professional and pleasant phone call. My second phone experience was not pleasant at all the operator was rude!!! My third phone experience was very pleasant again and I thanked ******* for her kindness. Just wanted you to be aware of the fact that KINDNESS continues to matter:)

      The 5 star review is to/for ********* ONLY! She was knowledgeable and saved me steps which would have made this October 26th issue even longer. She personally took my case and pushed it through. I hope management realizes what a diamond they have working on their team..

      Poor customer service. Filed a claim in June 2022, still have not been resolved. They arranged for 2 furniture cleaning companies to come out - both no show. And no one called to say they were not coming. Poor communications with customer. They said they have no time limit to fulfill my claim and they answer my calls.

      ******************** continues to provide excellent customer service again and again! She is prompt, professional, and very courteous. Serveco is very lucky to have her! She always responds when she says she will, and her follow through/follow up is something you just don't find these days. She's a wonderful asset to this company.

      ServeCo customers service is horrible it takes forever for someone to answer phone and when they do answer they do not know what they are doing at all just get double talk to take care of a claim
