Was lowballed by my own insurance for diminished value after being hit by an uninsured driver and having to use my uninsured coverage. ******* and his team were able to greatly help me with getting an expert appraisal along with coaching to get a much better settlement from my insurance. Would highly recommend, communication was always quick, prompt, and clear.

5 starsAfter my car accident I was very overwhelmed with the amount of information the insurance company told me I had to submit to recieve compensation for the deminished value of my car. I searched online and found this company. I was a little nervous having to pay for the estimate up front and not knowing what I would end up receiving for the diminished value of my car. I am very happy making the decision to work with them. They made it very easy, walked me through everything and they also worked with my very difficult work schedule. After I gave them the information they requested which was very easy. I received the estimate and information on how to submit it to the insurance company quickly. There is no way I would have been able to find the information needed to receive the compensation I got. I received 100% of what I requested! They also give you information on what to do if the insurance company comes back with a different amount, which I didn't have to use because they agreed to what I was requesting. They were always available for any questions. I am so thankful for all their help. I couldn't have done this without them!Review fromJeanette L

This is the second time I have used Collision Claim Associates, and each time they have pleasantly surprised me with their results. Their fee is small in comparison to their results! 5 starsCCA provided a very detailed and professional vehicle valuation appraisal report. They also guided me along the way with written templates and feedback. I submitted at least 6 demand letters for diminished value to Progressive, the at-fault driver's insurance company, which they continuously denied. It took nearly 9 months and a small claims case to finally receive payment. I recommend CCA and will definitely use their services again. My insurance carrier tried to give me a low appraised value when my 2015 Jeep SRT was stolen. I learned of my "appraisal clause" being in ******** and began to ****** search for help. I found CCA online and at the affordable price they advertised it made sense to at least try and fight my insurance for a better value. ******* at CCA explained the process over the phone and my experience was exactly as he said. In the end which took about 20 days ******* and Collision Claim Associates got me back $18,400 more than the original value that State Farm was trying to pay me. 5 starsI am amazed at the extra time the Senior Appraiser took to educate me. I emailed the company for advice and got a quick response. Even though I was not going to be doing business with him, he seriously wrote me back a very detailed response and educated me to guided me through a complicated insurance claim issue I was having. 5 starsI highly recommend Collision Claim Associates. Even with satisfactory repair, I knew my damaged Porsche Macan would have diminished value. An internet search and subsequent telephone conversation convinced me this was the company that could guide me through the process and get a fair settlement. It took 10 months and ultimately, a small claims court date to finally get the at-fault driver's insurer, Progressive, to give me a settlement offer. CCA was responsive throughout this entire process, giving me phone and email guidance with edits to my numerous responses to Progressive. Given how long it took and their fair $395 fee, CCA could have easily written me off but they were in my "corner" all the way to the end! Thanks ******* and ********!
