      Absolute GARBAGE. Deactivated card due to alleged fraud. Refuse to unlock card. Card holder must wait 7-10 business days to receive replacement card.

      Zero stars. I can't believe companies like this exist. My mom sent me a $200 card and my child a $50 card. They both were denied at the very first point of purchase. I couldn't even use it once! And there is absolutely no customer services available when your card doesn't work. They have a call center in another country, and the agents can't do anything to help. You would think they could just free the money on a card that is being "held", but they have to reissue a whole new card! They can't provide you with tracking numbers on the card you need to be reissued. I have been waiting for a month for a card replacement when they swore they sent it 3-5 business days. I can only assume this is a scam. Walmart sells these cards and should know their customers are getting ripped off.

      Received this Incomm debit gift Card for Christmas 2024. I tried to use it and it didn’t work at the store. I went onto the website on the back of the card. There was an error when I typed in the information. Called the phone number on the back of the card. They said it didn’t get activated after purchase. opened up a case and gave me the case #. told me to provide a receipt and a picture of the front and back of the card. I provided that May 3, 2025. Got an email May 5th. They asked for purchase receipt, picture of front and back of the card and available packaging. I sent all that May 5th. Another email May 6th that said “ last four digits on the front of all other cards of that value purchased on your receipt, so we do not deactivate the wrong card.” I replied may 6th, “ These were gifts. I have one other card.” Gave them the last four digits of the other card. “That one works. still have a balance left on it. don’t know who got the 3rd card with $100.” May 7th they email again “ the intended value of the card you are having issues with.

      I would like to request you to please share all other card details so, we can proceed further.” Respond May 7th. “ It says it right on the card I sent a picture of. It’s $100. That’s the value. As previously stated, this was a gift from someone. I don’t have information on every card that was purchased by the person that bought them. They gave them away as gifts and they spent them and they are gone You have all the information on the one card I’m having issue with.” May 8th, May 9th. More emails from them. “last four digits on the front of all other cards of that value purchased on your receipt, so we do not deactivate the wrong card.” Five times repeating the same thing. Sent a receipt with all the info I had on other cards. SKU numbers. No last 4 digits of cards. People don’t keep cards with $0.

      There should be option for 0 stars! It has been 4 months of trying to get card replaced and NO SUCCESS. I have emailed and sent requested docs. Original rep says she can see card not used but have to wait 30 business days. AI call back then rep tells me docs not received. Then manager says they are received but I have to wait another 30 business days. I call back diff manager says docs not received and the activation receipt is not good enough they want the full purchase receipt. Manager tells me you have to contact the store of purchase and ask for electronic journal. This was my son's Xmas gift he still hasn't gotten to use. VANILLA VISA GIFT CARDS ARE A JOKE & A SCAM- DO NOT BUY FOR YOURSELF OR ANYONE ELSE. I just want my son's gift card replaced.

      I got a vanilla visa card and when I tried using it online,my card was placed on hold.i called the customer care and they told me to wait for 7 business day when this could be resolved immediately

      A friend purchased a $100 Vanilla Gift card from ******* for my wife and i. I went to ******* to purchase items and was declined. I had 2 ******* associates try and help me and 2 more attempts declined. I called the number on the back of the card and these people told me it was declined because of fraud???!!! I asked that clown how it can it be fraud with a gift card. His explanation was that because my items came up to $113.00 that it was flagged! I have used plenty of Gift cards and never had this mess. when i swiped a gift card it would take what was on the gift card and then ask for another method of payment for the rest. He then told me it would be 7-10 business days before a received a new one. This place is a sham and the public needs to be aware. They had me embarassed with a cart of groceries. When i asked for a supervisor he refused to get me one and said a supervisor would tell me the same thing. I wish our friend would have read up about this card before they purchased it. I am going to ******* to complain as well. They shouldn't patronize a business that dupes it's customers. I'm also going on social media to warn people as well.

      Received a $100 gift card for Christmas. The card was activated at purchase; however, never been able to use the funds. Several attempts have been made via the email address to send documentation of purchase, address and picture of card. Along with emails several calls have been made in which the same answer has been given. They have not received the documentation. Documentation has been sent through two different accounts seeing that was the issue. I finally requested a supervisor who said he had my address and information and would be sending a new card. Called again and requested a supervisor. There was no record of my conversation with the previous supervisor. I am for the 7th time rescanning and emailing information. There is supposed to be a confirmation email in return and that never happens. I have even tried faxing with no fax connection on their end. Each and every time I call I am told the exact same thing from someone who barely speaks English. To just keep resending documentation. Would never purchase a ********** Gift card or encourage anyone either.

      I purchased a gift card for $50 in early February. The card was declined when attempting an online purchase and I called the number on the back fo the card about it. They said they'd send me a replacement card, but low and behold it has been ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS HERE. DO NOT BUY THESE GIFTCARDS THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM.

      I purchased a Visa debit card from ****** online as a gift. It did not work when my friend tried to use it. I tried several times at different stores to purchase items but the card was rejected every time. So, on 1/11/25 I called the customer support number, given the case number: ****-**** and was told to wait thirty days. By 2/11/25 I still had not heard anything, so I called again. This time I was told to wait fifteen business days and that I should call again if I hadn't received my refund. On 3/6/25 I called back and was told my case was to be escalated and to wait yet again. This time for seven to ten business days. On 3/19/25 I called again and finally got to talk to a manager who told me (again) that my case was to be escalated and to wait yet another seven to ten business days. I told him that the check had better arrive or I'd be speaking to BBB and my lawyers about what seems to be a rip off or at least a big runaround hoping they don't have to refund my money. The next day I received an email stating that my check will arrive within seven to ten business days. More than THREE months after the first call, the check arrived on 3/29/25 and I promptly deposited it via mobile deposit. Very bad business practice on their part.
