      If possible, I would give 0 stars. This company says that there is a problem activating my card. I sent a picture of the card and packaging, but I don't have the receipt since it was a gift. The website clearly says that I only need the card number to activate the card. I have called, but they just say call back in 3 -5 business days. When I call back I get the same response. I have sent emails and they keep sending the same reply. I don't know why InComm has an a+ rating. The rest of there company might be very honest, but they need to dump the Vanilla card, because as long as they are associated with it I won't be doing business with them.

      SCAM
      My elderly father purchased this $50 card for me, and they claim there's an activation issue. This needs to be resolved on their end, and they have repeatedly failed to do so.
      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VANILLA VISA!!!

      do not purchase a giftcard from this bank. make sure you look before you leave the area. in 2 days, their own website does not recognize the card, I can not make any purchase online, you call goes 'overseas' so good luck getting any real support. maybe I can get it to work at a store but thankfully it was only 30 bucks (25 + activation). I will absolutely make sure I know what company is behind a card for anything in the future but this company is a scam

      This company is a scam. I got $***.00 ZillionsGift cards for Christmas. Try to order e-gift cards on Dec 30 2024. I try 3 times to order. I call customer service on they told me to call back in 3 weeks, I did. I ask for a check for that amount, they told me I had to wait 7 to 10 business days. Still waiting for it. They get your money and keep it. I will tell all my family and friends about this company. NOT TO BUY THESE CARDS AGAIN . This company should be ban from selling them in the stores.

      Terrible company. The phone indicates I have money available to redeem on the card but the site won’t allow me to redeem it. I called the customer service line who needed technical support to help and were unable to contact technical support so then reached out to next level service and unable to connect to them. They told me to call back but I said they needed to call me back within the hour. Brands should drop them, they don’t want to be associated with a company that is obviously holding customer money hostage. Isn’t that technically stealing?

      Vanilla Gift - Visa is a FRAUD ... DO NOT BUY ANY CARDS FROM THEM.
      They do not have policy to refund your money if the card does not work and if you do not have a receipt.. they expect us to ask every person who gives you a GIFT to share the receipt when they give you this GIFT card. This is so rude and improper.
      The customer service is absolutely ripe off, there are sitting remotely and asking you the same question a zillion time until you surrender to them and say sorry please close the complaint

      ZERO STARS. How is this company rated A+ ??? DON'T BUY a SecureSpend prepaid Visa gift card serviced by InComm Financial Services. Card wasn't accepted by intended vendor 1/9/25. 1/13 called number on card *-***-***-**** requesting refund. Was told check would be mailed in 2 to 3 weeks. Called 1/28 was put on hold for about 5 min & then disconnected. Called again put on hold twice call lasted 10 min & was told to call again if not received by 2/18 & case would be escalated. Called 2/19. 1st call 2 min 49 sec put on hold & disconnected. 2nd call 15 min 8 sec put on hold 3 times & eventually disconnected. 3rd call 11 min 43 sec put on hold 4 times & was told to wait another 10 days before calling again. Asked for supervisor. Was told the case was escalated & that was all they could do. The "investigation" & decision was made by another group. I asked to talk to someone in that group & was told they don't have a way to contact them. If they need more info they have my name, address, phone number & email which they made me repeat each time so I know they have the correct info so that can't be used as an excuse. The card was cancelled after the first call. Anyone that looks for the card number says there is no record. So I can't even try to use it at a different vendor. I do have a case number that they can use to get info. I have since read reviews & regret buying this card. I didn't think I needed to check them out before the purchase. I believe the delays are intended to frustrate me until I just give up & let them keep my $***. DO NOT PURCHASE A SECURESPEND PREPAID VISA GIFT CARD. The BBB should not rate them as A+.

      This company continues to sell fraudulent cards. Consumers purchase cards at retail outlets for amounts of $500. When they open the card and try to use it, it has a zero balance. In addition the transactions on the cards occurred before purchase and activation dates. When complaints are registered with proof it takes more than 30 days to resolve. This company should be investigated for consumer fraud!
