      Had an accident fainted hit my head went to emergency room.they did a ct scan everything ok. Filed a claim denied.What a waste of money.I want a refund of all premiums.Do not purchase from Aflac there are better and more reliable companies

      I have been dealing with a claim since March 19. It is now May 8. This company is impossible to contact. My doctor has tried. No one has ever contacted her back then I have tried over and over only to get the wrong fax number for my doctors office to fax information to, every time you try to call, it’s a 40 minute or longer wait then when you receive a call back and you either get disconnected or it goes to any other recording terrible

      Zero stars (I had to choose one or I could not post). As for the BBB it is shocking that AFLAC receives and A+. This company should be thoroughly investigated as a large company with the funds for major advertising and receiving funds from customers who are exhausted and defeated attempting to obtain funds from claims. It is a series of chasing, following-up, submitting documents, getting the "run around", phone chains, varied responses and not what is advertised. On some level the consumer is responsible for the fine print but how many elderly or compromised people are paying into these accounts endlessly due to being strung along and unable to cancel or get funds for their conditions? Is anyone truly investigating this company? I was sucked in and I take some responsibility but overall, do not invest your time or money into this company. Seek a legitimate company that will properly look after you in times of need. Really distressing and unfortunate. Kim M. Get channel 6 or someone to investigate and see how many people have negative experiences while some may get money I am sure it is a balance between maintaining a borderline reputation of "yes, we do help people" vs the true underbelly of greed and false promises.

      Awful!!!!! I am trying to get information and explanation on my short term disability. No one has answers. I've asked for an explanation of short term I got basic answers and the conversation just kept going in circles. I've been paying for short term disability for 5 years. I was never informed and its not where in paperwork to update my salary. Now I need to use my short term disability it is bases off my salary 5 years ago. Its a waist of money, not helpful. dealing with Aflac has been the most stressful part of my pregnancy.

      Have been trying for months to access my account to file a claim. Their online cannot find my account, cannot sign into my account. HUGH rip off. I’m going to hire an attorney.

      Been waiting 10 days foa continuation *** claim. Nothing has changed except my dates. Aflac likes to make you wait for what you are entitled to..my claim still shows in review.. I need to pay my mortgage

      I am very disappointed in the well known company. They sold their insurance to our company with the belief that it was the same as the colonial life we were already paying for. Our company dropped colonial life and went with Aflac. Now they won't approve any of the same claims colonial life did and we have been paying for this insurance that is such a scam. They don't care about people, they care about getting paid for premiums. DON"T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

      I have been dealing with this company for close to 3 months. You can never talk to a supervisor or the person that sent me my letter, Virgil M*****. They keep you on hold with someone in their call center who can not in any way take care of the problem you are having. I have spent countless hours on hold not to mention the hours I have spent talking to people and getting no resolve. From all the negative reviews on here it does not surprise me. Just another HUGE insurance company getting away with whatever they want to. Apparently they don't read these either so another waste of my time. Thanks for that! NO STARS!!!!

      I had surgery on March 23 all paperwork had been file and they still have not paid my claim. My agent has been great but cooperate can seem to find their way out of a paperbag and has continued to deny my claim. I have short term disability there is no reason for this denial I 10/10 do not recommend!

      Had a claim “in review” since march 26th. Have sent supporting documents 5 separate times by app & then by email sent to Antwaun R******** April 5th @ 11:36 who apparently only forwarded a blank document instead of my attached documents. Supervisor promised this to be taken care of multiple times. Called back today. Was told nothing has been done… no supporting documents found & we are still in review status until someone can figure out the system glitch. Have spoke to 14 different representatives & 2 supervisors so far….. Aflac also denied pay my wellness visit check this year… pure trash… don’t recommend. Horrible service…..even worse customer service….. paying for services not received as agreed
