      Had a Cancer Policy with Aflac for 13 years. The Policy covered me and my Wife, as well as my children for for a short period of time. My Wife was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2021. She went through 8 rounds of Chemo and Surgery, but the doctors couldn't save her. She passed late 2022, I filed 3 Claims with Aflac and was denied everytime. 13 years of Insurance Premium down the drain.

      Horrible! Been cancelling my policy for 4 months , keep on faxing in paperwork and keep on getting charged! Call to see what is going on with it and get hung up on! Horrible do not get this!

      So very frustrated and disappointed in this company. The business I worked for closed so I have been trying to reinstate some policies that I have had for YEARS. I have talked to at least 6 or more people to try and get reinstated and each time I get a letter that I have the wrong forms when they are the ones who sent me the forms in the first place. I have tried to talk to a manager to get this issue resolved and no one will talk to me and no one cares. Can't get anything resolved I guess they just don't want my business and they don't care.

      I'm writing this as I have been on hold for two hours and 17 minutes. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After all the bad reviews, you would think they would try to improve. How are they still in business? They don't process claims in a timely manner, don't answer your phone calls, and don't apologize for any of it. I'm thinking of telling our few patients that have this pathetic insurance to pay ** up front and they can try to get reimbursed from ***** if they can. I've wasted so many hours of my time on them. Update: a rep just answered my call at two hours and 28 minutes in. Not friendly. I told her how long I was on hold. She was silent. Not even a "sorry" ......I gave her the claim information. She gave me totally different information than the last rep I spoke with then PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN. I finally hung up at two hours and 52 minutes. UNRESOLVED but I couldn't stay on hold any longer due to my other duties.

      My company was with colonial but switched over to Aflac worst decision ever. It’s hard to file a claim And soon as you get done you check on the status a day later and it says you have no claim Active would you like to file one. Customer service is no help they rush you off the phone and tell you the same thing over and over that they had numerous of calls complaining that the site was down and to try again. SCAM SCAM SCAM they just want our money and not to help us I hate Aflac. They used to be good but that was years ago.

      AFLAC Argus Dental is the worst experience I've ever had with a dental insurance company in my life. My dentist submitted claims seven different times before they were accepted. Now the claims are in the system but under the wrong person and they are refusing to pay for the benefits that it says we are eligible for. DO NOT USE THEM! If I could give them negative stars I would.

      I been trying to get a copy of my life insurance policy since February and still have not gotten anything in the mail. I have called them 6 different times and 2 of those times a supervisor is always in a meeting so they aren't able to talk to me. I need a copy by a certain time. They have told me that they will try to email it and I never get anything. Everytime they said it will come in the mail I never get it either. And I always confirm my home address with them

      I filed a claim via fax and through their rep and a month of hassling on the phone with their terrible customer service only to be told the claim was never filed and I would have to start all over. Worst insurance company ever and I will never work with them again! They don’t even deserve one star.

      Had an accident fainted hit my head went to emergency room.they did a ct scan everything ok. Filed a claim denied.What a waste of money.I want a refund of all premiums.Do not purchase from Aflac there are better and more reliable companies

      I have been dealing with a claim since March 19. It is now May 8. This company is impossible to contact. My doctor has tried. No one has ever contacted her back then I have tried over and over only to get the wrong fax number for my doctors office to fax information to, every time you try to call, it’s a 40 minute or longer wait then when you receive a call back and you either get disconnected or it goes to any other recording terrible
