      Predatory lending practices and they should be sued. I have paid on this loan for 2 whole years and still owe the original loan amount. 3000 and paying back 8000!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and walk away!!!!!

      Do not deal with this company at all. They do not report payments on time to all three credit bureaus. I they also dont send me statements. I would definitely give them no stars.

      This company preys on individuals with low income and poor credit scores. I'd rate them 0 stars if possible due to their predatory practices. Their high interest rates make them akin to payday loans, albeit without the unreasonable repayment terms. If you default, they're quick to **** It took a corporate complaint to reach a settlement and escape their grasp.

      If I could give this company NO stars I would do so! Recently, I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with ****. **** called my husbands phone last week to discuss his loan well at least he thought that was what the call was about. **** called my husband and demand that he drop off his truck for being behind one payment she told him that they where no longer working with him and that if he couldn't afford the payment than he needed to drop the truck off. My husband told **** "Hey calm down I will take care of the payment but talk to me with respect as I am talking to you" **** would not let up she was harassing my husband verbally abusing him and abusing her authority, after 5 mins of dealing with this unprofessional lady my husband asked to talk to someone else higher than her to work things out, **** stated there is no one higher than me I am the boss. I was livid to say the least I called back the next morning and asked to talk to **** and low and behold she was the one to answer I asked simply "where do you get off talking to my husband the way you did" **** than responded to me You don't call me asking question your behind on your bill, going off I told her there are ways to handle collection calls not oppress abuse and harass your clients! ****, than stated oh gosh that is not what I was doing I told her the way you called is unprofessional and unwarranted she would not listen to me or work for a resolution all she wanted to do was argue I asked her than is that why you called my husband to argue instead of take a payment! I told her you lied about the balance and I made a payment already she than replied yeah finally you did! This company is a bunch of loan sharks, they are unprofessional and they violate the rights of their clients! PS **** is NOT the branch manager!!

      DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I got a loan against my jeep. Even if I owe **** from the **** they loaned me 6 months ago, they keep charging me interest on the original **** plus other fees and interest. And this is how they work, even if I owe them 10 dollars, they keep adding up interest charges for the original amount of the loan of ****.

      Lendmark Financial ***************************************************************************************************************** I tried to get a loan through this company. First I was told I was accepted and then later I was denied. I told lendmark I was ***************% percent disabled. I was denied because I did not have a down payment. I felt I was being discriminate against. I am filling a formal complaint for discrimination. This business is the worst company ever. They really need to be shut down. Tell everyone to never go to this company. Dont waist your time going here and go somewhere else.Lendmark does not honor Military Personal and disabled people as myself.

      Beginning the relationship was amazing, during Covid, I renewed the loan when a family member died! They literally sent my loan to an office in ****** ** and that office manager was rude as I dont know what! I missed two months they sent the Sheriff to my home! To date, I went in paid $250. I asked for a balance to see that 198$ went to interest 20$ for a late fee so the loan literally only receive a about 30$! This is over 90% This is illegal! I am current taking courses for mortgage lending and although this is personal lending this cant be legal. This is taking advantage of People circumstances and keeping them and a never ending cycle!

      They are predatory loan sharks and scammers, never do business with them you will never pay off your loan. I have a loan with them for ~$5000 and after 15 payments of $200, totaling ~$2850 my balance has gone down by only $800. It's like they recalculate the interest every month and add onto the amount due.
