  This company will tell you that you're signing off feeling that they showed up at the measurement read the fine print. They don't tell you that they can put a seam anywhere in your countertop at their discretion I contracted them through ****** and I regret it. My sister went to ********** and they work with her about where to put the seam. 4 thousand dollars and not happy with the results. Another thing I could not make it into the shop, and they offered to send me pictures they did not show me a picture that there would be a singing they showed me one big slab. I work with the one in *************.

  I would give zero stars if I could. I bought flooring through Floor an Decor and they referred me to this company to install my flooring. They are an absolute joke. My LVP lasted about six weeks before it started cracking everywhere. Installation Made Easy claims they have a warranty plan but they send out some bogus inspector and the inspector claims the problems are because the home is too humid so they don't have to cover it. Mind you....i live in the freaking desert. They ignore all the communication you send to them and just hope you go away. I wish I would have read this before using them. I will be hiring a lawyer as I'm now out about 10k with floor that has cracks throughout the entire thing. Absolute joke and scam. I will never use Floor and Decor again either. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They need shut down immediatley.

  Installation Made Easy scheduled a third party inspector to evaluate ****************** home due to her floor "cracking" throughout her installation.  Upon the third party inspection being completed, it was determined that the customers humidity was outside manufacturer tolerances, her humidity was at 30% at the time the inspection was completed.  The manufacturer recommends that the home be maintained between 35-55%. The inspection did site that the baseboards were tight to the floor causing the floor to not have room to expand and contract as it was supposed too, it also stated that planks did have slight cracks at the tongue and grooves which COULD be due to the sub floor being out of flat, this can not be determined unless the flooring is removed.  The provider offered to remove the floor to determine if the sub floor was indeed out of flat, if the sub floor is within manufacturer tolerance they let the customer know that she would be responsible for the materials and the floor to be relaid at that point.  To date the neither IME or the provider has not heard back from the customer about moving forward with any repairs.

  Installation of 110 sq ft 12mm high quality laminate from Floor and Decor including 8 **molding transition boards to carpet and tile. Great job on the laminate installation EPIC FAILURE on transition boards. They used glue on all boards, cut the **mold off on 2 boards, even though additional transitional pieces, used for carpet an tile transitions, were included the the boards purchased from ******. There was glue left on floor where transition boards were put on all. And they did an awful job of caulking. When the crew finished there were 4 big trash bags left in the front yard along with rolled up carpet. I asked who was responsible for it and they gave the name of the **.Th next morning I noticed all the boards except for 2 were loose and popped up from the carpet, I called the ** to come out to inspect before I paid the remaining amount due. The project manager looked at all the problems and said they would fix it. My response was it should have done it right the first time since they were the professionals. I said they were done and I expected to have the final payment adjusted. He deducted the cost if the transition boards, the amount of money to haul the bags (I hauled everything to alley for pickup the next day myself)!Another company has been hired to install the transition boards.

  HORRIBLE! We were sent these contractors through Lowes. While installing a brand new sink they broke our pipe. We immediately told the owner his workers broke our pipe and the owner said he would send out an inspector and resolve the is**** After 20 days, they never called us to follow up nor sent someone out. WE CALLED THEM BACK and threatened to **** Thats when they sent out someone to inspect the pipe. The inspector came and noted the broken pipe and said they would send a plumber to fix it. Well we then had to wait 20 more days, and thats when we started to see water sitting on the floor under the sink. We contacted them to tell them this and they told us they refuse to pay for the pipe repair and any damage. We found a plumber to take care of the is*** so we would no longer have a leak and risk more damage. We threatened to *** again and they finally agreed to pay the $500 we paid for a plumber to come out and fix it, but refused to pay for the damage of the leak. We will be pursing a lawsuit this time. This is just one of two things they installed incorrectly. Had I known this was the company contracted with Lowes to do my kitchen renovations, I WOULD HAVE NEVER allowed them in my house! They must think people want to play games with their home repairs and finances. They are very unprofessional and do not care about their customers. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! NEVER AGAIN will I work with ***** because they dont let you know the name of the contractor and NEVER AGAIN will I work with this company. Do not let them put you through the trauma.

  Started off as a good experience but turned bad at the end. Wanted to tile just a shower. They had a guy come out and take measurements and we told him everything we wanted. to save money, we said we would have all materials on site and would take trash out. We got the quote for 9k which we thought was extremely high, but with in being a shower, we figured its better to pay the price. They showed up and demoed quickly, then did nice tile work except for the fact they tiled the curb too far and now we cant open our bathroom sink door. Then the kicker was they initially wouldnt replace our shower glass, our curtains, our towel rack. Project lead swears up and down he told me on the phone it wasnt included, but I know he never told me that. I finally convinced them to do it and They installed the window curtains In The wrong spot. The project lead called me and berated me that I was taking advantage of him and that was losing money even though I paid 9k for just labor. Overall, be very cautious of this deceptive company and if you do use them, be very clear in what is signed for what is and isnt included.

  I was introduced to IME from the Flooring and Deco. The contractor did a worst job ever. The baseboard was broken, and missing, and did not close the gap. I called IME and try to talk to their resolution team but was not been call back at all. I tried to open the claim before the work get down and they told me i have to wait till the whole job is done. I did and file the clam after. IME seems not care and not call back... I havent pay the 1/2 but they told me i cannot find other contractors to finish the job.... I think I need a lawyer instead.

  Title: Installation Made Easy: A Disastrous Mediator Between ****** and The Rock Shop Introduction:My experience with Installation Made Easy, the company responsible for mediating between ****** and The Rock Shop, has been a nightmare. From delays to inaccurate measurements and a lack of accountability, this review exposes the appalling service provided by Installation Made Easy.Delayed Delivery and Poor Communication:Purchased in November, my kitchen cabinets and countertops faced significant delays. Communication between ******, The Rock Shop, and Installation Made Easy was abysmal, leaving me frustrated and uninformed.Inaccurate Measurements and Failed Installations:On the installation day, measurements for the countertop were grossly inaccurate. The installer had to retake the measurements, confirming the initial mistakes.Ineffectual Claim Handling and Broken Promises:Installation Made Easy's representative, D******d, displayed condescension and failed to open my claim. The Rock Shop canceled the delivery without explanation or compensation.Lack of Compensation and Inadequate Support:Despite demands for compensation, Installation Made Easy failed to offer a fair proposal or reparation. Their lack of support and dismissive attitude added to the frustration.Refusal to Address the Problems:Despite multiple attempts, the problems with the countertops persist. Installation Made Easy has not taken substantial steps to rectify the situation or provide a satisfactory resolution.Conclusion:Installation Made Easy has proven to be a disastrous mediator between ****** and The Rock Shop. Their handling of my kitchen renovation project has been filled with delays, inaccurate measurements, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. I strongly advise against engaging the services of Installation Made Easy, as they have shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and efficient project management.

  BEWARE of ************* AND Instillation Made Easy, the design team at FD wont lead you in a safe direction and you will be shaken down for all your hard earned money. I am a single mor of 4 on a single income and these 2 companies are relentless, unethical, and predators! Instillation Made Easy - I should have done more research into this company and not just trusted F&D referral. *** was my project manager and ***** did the actual job. They quote and charge erroneous amounts of money for simple work AND on top of that you are responsible for all the material costs. I was sent back to the store 4 times to buy more supplies AND they do not complete the work.Be aware that this company may or may not install what you need them to but they WILL damage your home and NOT repair any damage, they will install shoe molding but not paint a **** thing to complete the job, they are very messy and its the homeowners job to clean everything up, its just a really unethical way to conduct business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not reputable or ethical. They are not BBB accredited and they have horrible reviews everywhere.

  I called Installation Made Easy 2 weeks ago because they had their brochure in a tile shop where I was looking for a bathroom tile for my re-model. I took the brochure home to reach out to a contractor because in addition to re-doing our bathroom, we wanted to remodel our kitchen. We have about a $50K budget. Installation Made easy was very pleasant and easy to work with (sounds good so far, right?). Well, they set an appointment with me later in the week....and no one showed up. At the end of the week on Friday, I called them back early on Friday and they told me that someone would get back to me later in the day or on Monday. Once again....crickets chirping. No one called or showed up at my house. Yesterday on Tuesday, I called again and they said that someone would reach out to me before the end of the day. It's a good thing I didn't hold my breath....because no one called me or showed up at my house...again. It time to stop using this company and start to go out on my own and doing the "general contracting" work myself and find my own sub-contractors. Do not do business with this company. They cannot do what they advertise in their brochure.
