  We purchased countertops in Jan of 2023 from Lowes. This company was hired by Lowes to do the install. They came out and measured our countertops and 6 weeks later 2 kids early 20s came to install. They were here approximately 2 hours and when I came out into the kitchen, they were trying to make the countertops work. The countertops were short approximately 2 inches on each side and at least an 3 inches short from sitting all the way back. The kids said we can make them work! I promptly told them that my husband and I spent a lot of money on our kitchen renovations and I would not agree to rigged countertops. So they left the new countertops in place and left. The next day a different guy came out to measure (thankfully with him, I was able to get the drip edge that I really wanted) and he explained to me that the prior guy that measured had been fired because of all his mess **** After 5 more weeks and several phone calls a new install date was scheduled. The new installers came and started the job but realized all the materials werent given to them, so they left and returned the next day and installed all of my kitchen countertops. These installers did a great job. The overall experience was below standards. Tried to call and speak to someone about our experience and dissatisfaction and to request money off the final bill due to all of the hassles, not to mention the extra days (3) of missing work. The company could careless and returning phone calls arent a priority. Will NEVER use this company again Two Unhappy Customers,*** and ***********************

  Installation made easy hired a totally incompetent company called signature stone to cut and install countertops and a sink. The miscut the quartz with a gap near the wall, 3 chips on the sink edge and in the holes cut for the faucet and water filtration system, broke the sink, got epoxy and adhesive on our cupboards right after a new paint job and expected us to then sign off on the job. Filed a complaint and was told by ******* that they wouldn't be told about the complaint until the job was done. They caused further damage to the cupboards as a retaliatory act when they were told about the complaint. They offered $400 in compensation for all the damages and we refused. Signature stone should pay the balance of **** due on this job as we refused to sign off on a botched installation job. They need to vett their installers. Not professional and not accountable for the people they sub contract.

  Installationn Made Easy i a deplorable Company.They advertise Services they don't provide, Charge fully in advance and don't do the Job.I paid $317.50 for a shower door installation they never made.Customers: Dont do bussiness with this Company

  Our records indicate that a refund for the amount of $317.50 was processed back on the original form of installation payment on 6/20/2023.  The customer requested a shower door be installed, on 6/19 it was explained to the customer that we do not have an installer to assist with her service at this time.  We have corrected the issue internally so this does not happen again.

  Installation Made Easy is Installation No-Show. After they were supposed to arrive, installer texted that his crew "called in," and they wouldn't be there. I can't imagine that the whole crew was ill and suspect that the installer actually sent them to another job. I spent no less that two hours on the phone, either on hold or getting voicemail to Installation Made Easy. The phone number for their so-called ********* ********** did not answer; did not return voicemail. Finally, I had to run a Disputed Charge claim with the credit card company to get back ***********. As a working person, I took off work to meet the installers, and lost a day's pay because of their no-show. Stay away from Installation Made Easy!

  I have hired Installation made easy per Floor and Decor recommendations to rebuild my shower and install tiles in the bathroom.I did the demo myself all the way to the studs. Bought materials from floor and decor after a quote on labor from A&A flooring, which turned out to be a 3rd party hired by installation made easy.The bathroom and walk in shower were done. A&A flooring left Mud Cement in out shower drain, while one of the installers was trying to clear it, he broke the * trap unknown to us at the time.We started using the shower. 2 weeks later, the water in the shower started puddling again. This time I called a professional plumber whom confirmed via video that the * trap is shattered and the water from the shower is going under the slab somewhere.Reached out to A&A Flooring. they said they can fix the issue by demo the shower pan and a foot of the tile on the wall. cut the slab fix the pipe and rebuild everything. Opposite to A&A flooring other contractors, recommended demo the whole shower again and rebuild it with a labor cost only @ $6,600. another was for $4,500.Others are recommending digging a tunnel from the outside and fix the pipe that way (Since it is close the wall, about 1.5-2 feet). The cheapest of those quotes came at $4100.A&A flooring still wont do anything to the shower unless it is from the inside even-though I explained that is not an option as I have no trust it will be done properly. Installation Made Easy is missing in action. I cannot have any of them call me back to explain the claim or even the status of it Floor and Decor could care less.I Have been waiting for 36 days to get some sort of solution At this point, legal representation against all 3 entities seems the only option if I am not contacted with the solution I want by 06/09 Stay away from these businesses if you value your time and sanity

  We have been working with this customer to resolve this claim, we sent the customer offers to resolve the concerns and we are waiting to hear back from the customer.  We have discussed with other contractors in the area and they have advised what they would charge to fix the damages which is where our offer came from, if the customer decides to proceed with an estimate that is more expensive they are responsible to absorb the additional costs.  The installer offered to correct the concerns as well and the customer has declined that offer.

  At this time we are waiting to hear back from the customer regarding the offer that has been provided

  We bought a Shower Door from Floor And Decor and they said contact Installation Made Easy and upon contacting them they directed me to there app and I filled out the survey to have Shower Door installed, Original door removed, Check, Door and Glass Panel, Check , Door and glass panel on home site , check, they quoted me $317.50 and I paid and shortly it directed me to a company and it said when you have all materials contact the company and upon contacting company they told me that they do not install shower doors and he didnt know why they sent there information to ** and if they installed shower doors it would a lot more than $317.50 and when I reached out to Installation made easy they said thats the only company in our area and then I asked for a refund they wanted to give me the run around about my refund, they didnt want to give me a refund and didnt even offer to find another company to install shower door, after four phone calls and doing h*** raising , I got my refund.. Between Flloor and Decor directing ** to Installation Made Easy, its not been a easy at all , Do Not use neither company to do business with

  Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is misleading. The contractors were over 3 hours late and wanted to push it to the next day. Called Installations Made Easy to switch installers or get something done about it. They said I had to wait till the installation is done before they can get involved. So the installation was finished 2 days later and it was not professional looking. Called Installation Made Easy to file a complaint, you know they had the contractor call me to work it out! If I am having problems with them why would you have them call to work it out. Installation Made Easy is supposed to be the middle man of this transaction. Installation Made Easy never called to get a follow up, to check to see if I was satisfied or nothing. They got paid, the contractor got paid and they both just moved on to s**** the next one on the list. FIND YOUR OWN CONTRACTORS AND DON'T USE (INSTALLATION MADE HARD)

  **0 STARS** WORST INSTALLERS EVER!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Referred by ************** but they obviously have no idea about this company. We paid over $3,000 up front (1/2 installation price) for around ***** sq ft of hard *********** install. The tiles are not level & we keep tripping on the tiles that stick up. The hard wood is so poorly installed that it is popping up, we have gaps so wide between the wood that you can sandwhich quarters between them, and the wood is split in spots. We have been trying to get them to take care of it for almost 2 years now. A lot of back and forth with them sending out their own inspector. THEIR own inspector said it was the worst install job he had ever seen, but even with that information they are accusing US of making this up and working with the installers to bilk them out of money!!! Now we have an attorney are are going to take them to court. Installation Made Easy is the WORST install company and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!! Also, any comments they make after I submit this will most likely be a lie. We have all of the documentation needed to win in court AND ensure they pay all court and attorney fees. Unbelievable that they told us that they sent their BEST team to our house! If this is their best, I'd hate to see their worst! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  Possibly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Sadly, ***** uses them to contract out installations. Thats how I got involved with them. The contractor they arranged did an amazingly horrific job installing. I contacted IME (installation Made Easy). Sent pics, was at first treated with understanding. My first sustainer solutions rep stopped replying to my emails. I had to call again, only to find out she no longer worked there. Flash forward to my 2nd customer solutions rep, again, at first was apologetic I was dropped, seems to care about my concerns etc. These exchanges became drawn out with NO solution. I got more firm but still kind and the response was very AI like. I continued to email with 0 response. Mind you, Lowes is telling me its in IME hands (its not fun being passed around).. I digress.. its been 2 weeks now and this rep has ghosted me and my Lowes sales rep. Ive a feeling shes no longer with the company and now I have to start over. AGAIN and call them HORRID customer service. They should be ashamed and not even in business. F rating

  Spent about $5k on new flooring at a ************* (FND) store in here in *****. FND promotes and recommends using Installation Made Easy (IME) to install their floors and has some sort of arrangement with them. Had the living room, foyer, hallway, and utility room redone with one of FND's highest rated luxery vinyl flooring products. Only 2-3 weeks after install (winter), had a pin size leak in water pipe under the foundation of the house. Plumber had to go through foundation in hallway to access and repair leak. No water ever entered the house and only about a 7ft x 2ft area of the floor was pulled up by the plumbers, with the hole in foundation being only around 1ft x 2ft. I called IME to see if they would come out and quote me on finishing out the hallway again and was willing to pay for it out-of-pocket. After numerous calls, I finally had my original installer come back out to survey it, and they never contacted me again. After numerous more calls and no response from installer, I called IME back and requested a different installer. They also came out and then never returned my calls. I then called IME over a dozen times but never had a manager return my calls. About 6 months later, about a 10ft continuous strip of flooring came unlocked/unfastened. Called IME more times. They then stated that, because of the plumbing leak, my 1 year warranty was void in its entirety. I argued that the flooring in the living room had nothing to do with the flooring in the hallway and, in additional, the original installers trim work was coming unnailed from baseboards for 3rd time (they had previously come out to address this issue before my plumbing leak). It was sloppy work on the trim as they were haphazardly secured it with a nail gun that sometimes made no through connection. Still cannot get management to return calls. Next step I plan to take is small claims court if not resolved soon. Now just over 1 year in, we've had a decent looking floor for only 2 weeks.

  The customer confirmed that there was a water leak causing moisture.  Any excess moisture such as a leak does void the installation warranty held by the Provider.  Due to the moisture concerns that occurred after the installation IME would not hold the installer accountable to correct concerns at no additional charge.  We notified the customer of this information when called into IME in January of 2023.  No prior communication had been attempted by the customer to contact IME since the ****************** was completed in March of 2022.
