    They promised to be with me every step of the way, to have a technician guide me through the process of using their mold bombs. Once they had my money, they went dark. I never heard from them again. Be cautious. I

    Biocide Labs saved me thousands of dollars with my mold remediation. So many companies were trying to charge me thousands more for the same service that Biocide help me do myself. They have someone to speak to that walks you through the process very clearly. Anytime I had a question they were there to answer them.

    They don't come out or send anyone out to make sure your mold treatment is done correctly.but they try to help you do it correctly.all of my boms didn't work,I wasn't aware until two days after treatment,I still couldn't get them to work,they replaced them but 2of the replaced cans didn't work, I'm waiting for a return package to send all of them back that didn't work.

    Biocide was very helpful on the phone to describe how to use the mold killer bomb. It was extremely easier to use than the manual spray choice ( that I did my first try and impossible to reach everything). The bomb satisfied my roofing companies concerns.

    The staff at Biocide Labs are amazing!!! I ordered a biocide kit and they had it to me in 2 days. ********************* went above and beyond to help me with exactly step by step instructions on how to use this product and followed up with me for days after . This kit killed the mold under my house . It absolutely worked!!! Hats off to Biocide Labs because I live on the Texas coast with high humidity and mold thrives here.

    EZ and seamless experience from my first inquiry to eventual purchase. installation is simple but if any problems arise just call them and someone actually picks up the phone to help. i needed assistance troubleshooting a potential issue and they were a pleasure to work with. i am confident that they will stand behind their product and will accommodate any and all questions or issues that *** arise.

    What an amazing company with some amazing products. I have found so many uses for biocide 100. The safety air cleaner has removed all the particulates from our household air, some Im sure were mold. And the cold fogger has kept my problem from reoccurring. I would highly recommend any of the products that the staff and team at bio side recommend for your problem. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We had been sick five years, not knowing what was wrong with us and now we know we were being poisoned by the mold in our home from one hot water heater pop off valve leak . Kudos to Biocide for saving our home, Thanks, certainly not enough.
