  Many people left feedback of difficulties returning after they had received products. I wanted to comment that I had purchased a Mold Remediation Package from Biocide Labs and decided to go with a different local remediation option which would do more of the work for me. I spoke with the Manager **** and he was very helpful and understanding. Because nothing had shipped, I received a refund with no objections. For people that want to do the work themselves, this seems like a very good option and a great way to save some money. The difficult thing for businesses is that people do not leave any positive feedback when they have good experiences. Only the people with complaints tend to leave feedback which doesn't paint a clear picture.

  Great experience with Biocide, customer service was extremely helpful with my overthinking and worrying, everything went very well! My husband and I feel much better being at home now.

  Biocide Labs gave my husband and myself the ability to remediate our home from unwanted fungi! We purchased the supplies to kill the fungi plus equipment to clean the air the going forward. (Air scrubbers with HEPA filters). The staff has been kind and clear giving us information and directions we needed. We trusted these professionals and are grateful for their guidance.

  I bought the mold bombs and Biocide 100 from this company and they worked great. What I love about this company especially are all the people who work there. The customer service is fabulous and ****, who advised me what to buy, how to do the mold remediation was so helpful and kind. I always have questions and I call the Application Specialists for help. I cannot believe how knowledgeable and caring ***** and others have been to me. I would recommend this company to anyone with mold issues in their house or apartment. All their products are effective plus all the help they give makes this perfect place for all your mold needs. May *** bless all the people of this company and their products.

  Love these products. I tested it on the beach house with its humid conditions always promoting a musty smells, bathrooms has some growth in the showers that have to be scrubbed daily, around the edges of toilets where moisture likes to collect.The only downside - PACKING PEANUTS! Those white things went FLYING all over the garage and out into the yard when I opened the box with the door open on a breezy day- Big Mistake, I spent the better part of the morning trying to gather those things out of the natural setting before they got in the *****. They look unsightly, don't break down and impossible to contain and HIGHLY VISIBLE. PLEASE REMOVE PACKING PEANUTS FROM YOUR SHIPPING METHODS. Thanks.Note: I have only used the spray at this time. I have not tried the foggers yet. That will be done at the cabin in the mountains next to a stream. Very musty.

  I give Biocide Labs 5/5 rating for their great customer service. My air scrubber air purifier stopped working out of the blue, and when i called the company they immediately sent me a new fuse. When it was obvious that it wasnt the fuse, they fedexed me a new air scrubber free of charge. ****** was great to work with, and followed up each time i called.

  This is the second time weve used the Biocide products. They do what they say they will do! Between the mold fumigation, the cleaning solution and the air scrubber we feel safe living in our home. And the customer service is great too, always an available and helpful.

  Purchased this for a client of mine (6 cans). When we set the foggers off, 2 of the 6 cans would not lock, so they were not able to release the application. I wrote to customer service and 4 weeks later...I have heard nothing. Now that would be frustrating enough, but when I add in that when I first inquired to them about their products, they were non-stop with the phone calls and emails (Borderline harrassmant). However I let them know that 33% of their cans malfunctioned and I have yet to hear from them.Overall their product worked just fine. But I could have found other companies with applications that could do the same thing and with FAR BETTER customer service.Look elsewhere if customer service is important to you.

  From the phone call to the delivery it was flawless. Called about using it and they walked us through it. Very nice and knowledgeable. It works! ***** S
