He was extremely knowledgeable of the process and guided me through with no problems. ***** was there for me 100% throughout and after the process. I will continue to use the products, especially with the help of *****.

  I have dealt with this company for the past 12 months. Great product but folks a that company have poor attitudes. You buy items and then after purchase they mention that you are unable to return them even though you never brought the items in a contaminated environment. My only recommendation is knowing their policy before buying because when the money leaves your hand you are stuck.

  Biocide worked for me. Had a lot of moisture under the house and mold when we brought it from the old heat pump package.Cleaned up the mold got rid of the moisture. After having a new unit installed still had moldy smell. Got in touch with the people at Biocide and they helped me get it done. Foggers and biocide cleaner solved the problem. Great people to work with. They walk you through the process on the phone in person. No text messages or computer messages,but real people talking! WOW. Awesome product!

  The product appears to work well. We had 2 inspectors come in and do air samples. We had penicillium / aspergillus appear on both and traces of Chaeorium on one. One sample was ***** an inspector only, the other did inspections and also remediation. They are the ones who found "traces of Chatorium", which is obviously to their benefit since they also do remediation. I would warn folks that if you get an inspector whose company also does remediation, they definitely have an agenda to "sell" you a "fogging" solution for about $4,500. The biocide product is about 1 tenth the cost. We have yet to measure afterward, but seems to have taken care of the issue based on the continued improved smell. We will measure again in a week or so and will revert with follow-up.You do need to push the customer team to ensure they answer all of your questions if you;re doing DIY. I did and got the support I needed.

  Fantastic people, they are knowledgeable, polite, and truly very nice to deal with. We share their name and product with all of our clients. Their products are the best, the company a dream to deal with and truly worth making the call! Will be using them on an ongoing basis for our clients!

  This product is useless we had mold did the whole process and now I live in a camper in my front yard and they continued to LIE and they basically laugh in your face and tell you theres nothing you can do about it. Bio side preys on people that are already suffering and exploit them its a shame that scammers such as this company are allowed to continue in their deceptive trade practices I can only hope this post will save someone else from this horrible situation

  Extremely misleading!! After testing I was contacted by Biocides sales rep stating he felt bad due to my wife having medical issues and that he would personally oversee the project. I didnt know that personally oversee was walking me through what to do over the phone. Not only this, but they did not even attempt to find the where the mold was originating from and simply stated its in the air. $4,600 later my wife is feeling better but its most likely a matter of time before it comes back unless we find the issue causing the mold. GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

  Great great product! I went through the process that the representative gave me. It was easy and thorough. There is no doubt that this got rid of our mold issue. What mold companies were going to charge us to do only a closet and hallway wall was 3 times what we spent with BIOCIDE. We did our entire house just to be safe. AND...we got an air scrubbing unit that we keep to eliminate any possible return of mold. They helped us throughout the process and checked with us after we were done. Couldn't have asked for better service. If you are looking to get rid of mold permanently this is your best bet!
