    After having mold and musty odors arising from our basement and reaching the first floor of our home, I knew I had to do something. I tried using vinegar but the mold odor was recalcitrant and simply came back. So, I contacted Biocide Laboratories for their expert advice and opinion. I purchased their mold bomb foggers, an Air Safti HEPA filtration unit, and Air Scrubber Charcoal *************, the air in our entire home is remarkably fresh, without odor, and much healthier to breathe! What a difference! I should point out that the entire staff including ***** and ****** are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. Our family is also so grateful to them and to Biocide Labs for developing such excellent products. In addition, considering the quality of their products, I feel their pricing is very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I highly recommend Biocide Laboratories for your mold remediation needs. I am truly their customer for life and would not go anywhere else!

    Their products do what they say. Had a 24-year-old camper that smelled intensely like mold. Use several bombs and the biocide and literally the mold smell is gone. It seems too good to be true, but it really is what they say. Im so grateful.

    So thankful for this service!!!! Mold remediation through a remediation company was just too expensive, and my health was suffering extremely ill effects from living in the mold. Being able to do it ourselves and having the confidence from being instructed on exactly how to do it safely and correctly was great! I give Biocide labs an ********* and would absolutely recommend them for anyone who needs to remediate mold. I was confident in their knowledge and the products they provide, and I felt like they made themselves available for any help we needed and questions we had along the way. We are now mold free and Im feeling so much better!

    Extremely Knowledgeable Staff and Tech Support. Gave great directions and expectations for the products I purchased. Nice to have professionals on board that know what they are talking about and have seen the issues first hand. No other Org. I had spoken with was as well versed on the * and * disasters and how to help the client. Did not brush me off with smoke and mirrors, had real open and honest input that I used.

    We were having a mold problem in our downstairs area. We did some research and decided to order the Biocide 100 from Amazon. We received the product and called customer service to walk us thru the application process. He was very very helpful. Was patient and explained it all to us so we could understand. We were extremely satisfied with the product and the company, especially customer service. Recommend them highly.
