Padsplit charging ****** for dates jun 21st to July 2nd.I moved out on the 20th, with pictures submitted. In June 2025, I experienced a traumatic event while renting a room at ******************************************************************** PadSplit. A shooting occurred at the property, making the living situation unsafe and uninhabitable. As a result, I was displaced for nearly a week, had to sleep in a car, and was falsely accused by the host of returning to the property. Despite requesting a refund for the uninhabitable days, I was only offered a one-day credit, which is not proportionate to the disruption, stress, and loss I endured.I contacted PadSplit support multiple times and was told Tier 2 would call me back, but I have yet to receive a resolution. I have filed a formal demand and initiated arbitration with the ******************************** due to the breach of contract, emotional distress, and potential health harm (a UTI likely from sleeping in unsanitary conditions).Initial Complaint

I joined PADSPLIT and moved in 05/23/2025. Rent is $189 per week,The bill was due 05/30/2025 and instead of being charged for 7-days, I was charged for 8 days.I reported their errors and I was told that I am ******** calculation says 05/23 - 05/30 is 7 days but they refused to acknowledge that.PAD SPLIT CHEATED ME AND CONTINUES TO REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY. $27 You would think it was $2700. They owe me less than $30 and refused to refund my money so they were reported to ***, **** and Nevada Attorney General. I KNOW IT'S LESS THAN $30, AND SO DO THEY!I will report this minor issue everywhere as if it were major since they are treating this issue like I am the one who cannot count. Besides that, I don't like scams!Whenever they decide to count, they will discover that I could have been assisted a long time ago to prevent reports and public records. I paid $189 05/23 - 05/30 I paid $216. 05/31 - 06/06, I paid $189. 06/07 - 06/13 the rent is due for $189.Each week has calculated 7 days so HOW IS IT 8 FROM 05/23 - 05/30?PADSPLIT CHEATS CUSTOMERS. Not only did I speak to the host who calculated 7 days, I spoke to the PADSPLIT agents and they also calculated 7 days. Navy ******************** counted 7 ************ like this will not help a business.And I don't create stories. I can prove that I was cheated and the emails from Padsplit were excuses as to why it was 8 days.I can't waste my time with them anymore. I am now contacting Nevada Consumer Affairs.I am due a refund of $27 but since this business miscalculated and continues to provide be unfair, I have charged a late fee. If I were late I would be charged a fee. They are late refunding money they took without my authorization. Late fee $10.Padsplit owes me $37 in total.Initial Complaint

I spent money on ********* and **** to travel to this location and I leave the his location. I am being kept awake non-stop at this location for complaint about he last locations. There is a vibration on my floor. The room next to me is blasting their speakers. I have been confronted for being white moving into a black house. I stood in a PadSplit in ****** ***** 320 North ****** to be exact! It was a horrible experience. I did not last 3 weeks! Since day 1 there was extreme noise level from my neighbor next door. I did not want to file a complaint because I was new in the house, & wanted to avoid issues. I dealt with this for 2 weeks at all hours. I come home one day from work and my roommate tells me he almost got into a physical altercation with the other roommate because he accused him of reporting him to PadSplit for noise. He tells me it was not him, and how the man was arrested for threatening him as he had to call the police on him. I let him know that I also had a similar issue with the noise but spoke to him directly to address it. The following day, the man is released from Jail & when I come home from work the roommates ******* me before walking into my room telling me that they were informed from the other Roomate that I was the one who reported him to pad split & caused the altercation. COMPLETELY FALSE! The Roomate kept on making threats to fight and it was making me uncomfortable. They kept questioning me although it has nothing to do with me! There are cameras in the house to show this interaction in the hallway on 4/15/25. I packed my things & moved out a few days later due the hostile environment! Constant smoking on property, & noise. I was charged $500 for leaving & they are refusing to refund me. I reached out to management the day of the fight & asked if they were going to do anything for our safety in the ************ did not! They sent out an email 2-3 days later after I made it an issue. I did not take the option to switch homes due to the fact that I came to THIS location, because the previous PadSplit was also unsafe. The door keypad was broken, and the house smelled of smoke & looked NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. Extremely concerning! Why would I transfer to another PadSplit after 3 bad experiences with their homes in less than a year? They need to refund me!Initial Complaint

I'm on a weekly membership contract with Padsplit with a room in a residential home padsplit is the company in-between the landlord and Tenant. PadSplit handles the payments/financial part, and they have been adding random "overdue balance fees" my responsibility is to pay $205 per week and yet they are adding on the $25 "overdue balance fees" to each and every transaction. You have to be a forensic accountant to even being to under the justification of the random charges that they randomly add at their convenience. I have repeatedly called the "billing" department, and each person has given me a different answer because they don't even understand the charges. My "Host" who is the landlord has even stated "No thats completely inaccurate. . " Concerning the billing practice of PadSplit. They continually charge "overdue balance fees" so it's impossible to catch up. The hide the member agreement so that members can't find it on-line or referrer to the agreement. Per the membership agreement " Your Membership in PadSplit shall be governed by Florida Statutes at Part II, Chapter 83, Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act." which does not allow additional "overdue balance fees" which is not even mentioned in the member. per the member agreement " 6. Service Fees; Security Deposit; Other Fees: 6.1. Payments of Your Membership Fee shall be made on a weekly basis to PadSplit by electronic payment. Payment shall be due upon the due date you designated when booking the room and remitted electronically to PadSplit based on its specific written direction. If payment is not received when due, a late charge of $25 per week will be assessed. Your Membership Fee is nonrefundable" I need these illegal fees refunded or I'm seeking legal action also I been having so much bugs and crawling over my skin I got bite marks everywhere I ask for a refund no refund please refund all these fees and half on the room payment of the date of when this was reported legal action will be seek .Initial Complaint

May 26th and 27th Im renting a room and I filed a noise complaint on a roomate who was being loud and threatening after 11pm . This company made me fill out a complaint on the roomate and I did so . Then the company forced me to talk on the phone with then next to the guys room still. I objected and they persisted so we spoke . The person at the company them began accusing me of doing something wrong when I didnt , speaking over me while I was speaking and is trying to evict me so I am filing this complaint and seeking legal guidance . This company doesnt handle noise complaints well and were name calling me like a child and so on for no reason . They didnt offer to help relocate just blame the victim . Padsplit doesnt honor the lease that was giving to tenants. Im being wrongfully evicted because I told them Clayton County police told me theyre running this this business illegally. So Ive been hit with a bogus eviction. They didnt even state why I had to transfer or why Im being evicted. Ive been going back and forth with this company and the host for over a year. So many things be happening under these Padsplit houses. They never do anything until the police is involved. So its pretty much shut and be glad you have some where to stay. Everybody dont have a disability that live in these homes , some of us are transitioning through life cant help certain circumstances. But you cant treat your tenants any kind of way, then wrongfully evict them when we complain about the dirtiness of the house. We had roaches in the refrigerator thats how bad it was in this house. Host didnt do anything. He claimed the company had exhausted all their options. I ran a similar business before I even moved here. Im from out of state. As a host or property manager somebody needs to attain these properties. They dont care they just want the money. But I will see what Clayton County court has to say , now that I know these padsplits are being run illegally. I called the police I had a female threaten me 3 times today because she didnt want to clean up water she left on floor Saturday night. But of course she lied to the police saying she was scared and some extra. All I wanted from her was to clean the bathroom floor. But I being wrongfully evicted. For following procedures that was put in place for incidents like this. Again When Clayton County Police arrived that said that this house was illegall. I been complaining for a whole year and nothing has been done. House infested with roaches , the air quality is bad in the house certain rooms dont get air or heat.
