      Seems like a total scam to me. I tried moving in and couldn't do that. The host couldn't even let me in the house. Silly me had already paid Padsplit and they are giving me the run-around by issuing multiple tickets for the same refund request. My advice - run from this company.

      The most horrific experience I have ever had there was no AC in the residence pad split was a willing to compensate for that when it was advertised as an amenity them, we were without water for a month pad split did not compensate this is by far the most horrible experience an business Ive ever contributed please dont do business with Pad Split

      This place is horrible. I notice when you down in life people say they helping you but they helping their self. I stayed at two places and it was horrible. I had to leave the first one it was nasty had spiders and bugs all over the house. The second house didnt like straight men with all these stupid a** rules that cater to the gays and feminist. The owner of the second place she so fake white lady cant trust them at all her house someone try to break in a tree fell on it. She had people smoking weed in the house someone had a cat when I came and complain they flip it. It was a waste of money I would like to sue them I dont appreciate the PadSplit platform the people who have homes

      I booked my room for May 5th, 2025. I went to view the home May 6th, 2025. During that viewing I didn't bring any of my personal items due to me not being sure of the property. Padsplit doesn't inform you of the home rating until after you've paid (the home I had in ***********, ** had a 2.8 rating) when I arrived at the home the door was open along with my personal room. The carpet was dirty and it looked uncleaned overall. I requested a room transfer and was denied due to not wanting to talk on the phone as a last minute requirement. My account went negative $100+ . Padsplit is a scam , they catfish using out of date photos and never refund your money. Stay away from padsplit

      I like where I live ..My family from ******* is happy that I'm safe,. comfortable and happy. Coming from another state can be hard finding good padsplit mates .. I'm good where I am.
