  It's an affordable way to live. It is sort of like a boarding house. It's pretty impersonal. I seem to be the only person that cleans the bathroom, but that's ok, because I want to use a clean bathroom. People are inconsiderate no matter where you go, and I think the people here are trying to respect each other. Maybe their momma's never taught them that it's gross to leave big globs of toothpaste spit in the sink, or that they shouldn't let the dryer alarm repeatedly buzz at 3am. It beats living on the street. I have a very large personal space and that's much more than I expected for $612 a month, so I really can't complain. If I had to choose over again, I would choose pad split.

  PadSplit's screening process leaves a lot to be desired. A Padmate in the house I live in has multiple arrests, restraining orders granted against her, and a plea bargain of no contest for battery. Now she is raising a pit bull in the house as an emotional support animal and the dog is allowed to bark at and ***** other Padmates. She can say or do anything to anybody. She can scream, curse, call names, slam doors, anything and when I filed a complaint, PadSplit did nothing but send a cut and paste reply.

  I love padsplit I needed somewhere to live and I called padsplit and in a week I had my room the place is really clean and the host is really nice it is a good place to start I recommend everyone that need a place to stay call padaplit they are great and a place are really clean

  I am very grateful for a clean place to live and regain stability. Thanks Padsplit! I simply love my host ***** *. is on top of everything, I couldn't ask for a better landlord. My roommates are almost like family, it was a blessing to get placed in this home.

  PadSplit can be a relief from high rents if the landlords were held accountable when they do not clean their houses before you move in into their home. So far the Florida homes are fine. The Florida homes even in the worst neighborhoods, the homes are beautifully kept. However in ******* it has been from A DUMPING GROUND, literally a dumpster with trash all over the house, rotten and spoiled food probably for months, Muddy floors too. **************** is futile; they dont care about tenants. They are so quick to assessing fees to tenants. The landlords always get their money whether you can stay there or not because you have to pay in advance. **************** is always working on the issue but the issue is never resolved where the tenant can be satisfied. It takes desperation to rent with PadSplit in *******. The worst part youre renting blind because you do not know where the house is ahead of time.

  Its the best place I have come across in many years where u dont pay utilities at all just rent and u dont buy furniture just bring u and ur clothes everything else is included I love it here my PadSplit roommates are great we get along and everyone does their own thing so if your looking for a reasonable place to live I suggest PadSplit
