  I'm currently living in my second Padsplit home and through the ***** of God, I hope I'll be moving very soon. Trust and believe me when I say, the majority of these people or your Padmates are total losers. They're not only miserable with themselves, they are miserable narcissists without any purpose but to live through the lives of their decent Padmates who just happens to move in. I truly believe that the Hosts of these Padsplit homes are choosing favorites and causing this discord, because they are secretly scammers that are out to rip-off hardworking, decent Americans. However, I wouldn't recommend a dead dog to live in a Padsplit home. I will not be extending my stay either. My first Padsplit home was clean, but the nasty refrigerator, narcissist ******** who thought they were somehow better than me, tried to ruin me. Spreading rumors and gossiping, pathetic. I transferred to another and it's nasty, raggedly bed, bugs everywhere, broken plumbing, trash and broken down cars everywhere. It is literally a bando for rent. Ghetto. Mentally ill Padmates that are miserable transplants from what ever ************ or town their from. Walking around the house without any clothes on. These people need to be checked into the local mental **** at ***** hospital, I swear. I would never!

  I moved into a house that was 78 it took the landlord two days to respond to my message that the house was warm. He then said the ac was set to 75 degrees He was very uncomfortable. There were also live and dead roaches everywhere I decided to move out the day before the next week started was billed early and Im now not being refunded

  Ok it's my 3 house . Basically it comes down to the pad mates. Each house is different so u can't really say all are bad or all are good. I'm a minimalist so I don't need much . But quiet. Which is basically impossible with the wrong mates. I've definitely had my issues but it's better than sleeping in my hot car. But if your expecting a mint on ur pillow no. But it is cheaper than a hotel. But like I said it depends on the pad mates . If u get loud disrespectful ones then u probably will have issues it's not long term in my opinion. It's a good idea honestly the app. keep in mind alot of people are not who they say they are . Scamming ssn .but like I said u can have 10 people in one house. Way to many different attitude and personalities and it's men and women so that makes it even more "interesting" . I have no issues with padspit overall. I wish they used better wash and dryers though. ??

  Horrible company in my opinion. Zero stars if possible They double charged me before my account was even a day old. Red flag number one..then I checked out their "properties"..and they turned out to be a bunch of refurbished houses that look "high end" online.. but really aren't. You would be moving in with "numerous" complete strangers, As if one or two bad roommates isn't enough! Sounds like the start of a really bad reality show! If you really pay attention you'll see these are just very profit driven minded people..period.. not really providing service to the people they profit from. They're banking on desperate people in a short supply housing market. I guess its it's much more profitable if you "bundle" poor or unsuspecting people together ..rather than exploiting them individually (lol). Even..if you do catch on early, and try ti back out and just delete your account ..they really show their true nature then ..you'll be directed to several broken links on their website that really just "prevent" the deletion of your account. Finally they'll just admit that they will NOT delete your account.. or data. End of discussion. (?!!) ...That says it all for me. I saw a lot of red flags with this business..enter at your own risk..don't say you weren't warned.

  Padsplit communication is not professional. And Padsplit does not care about your safety. When you go to Padsplit website it states safety and a background check. Due to me living in Padsplit recent felonys have been allowed. Recently Padsplit allowed a felon in with 1st degree child cruelty keep in mind the home is next door to elementary school plus are neighbors across the street has children as well. Also the member Padsplit allowed was charged for trespassing and breaking and entering and listed as a *** offender and was on the terriost list. I called Padsplit and asked was a background conduct on this individual because I did my own investigation which is public information and I asked how was this member able to reside here.But it gets worse the member was smoking dope in and out the home all the members complained but after you live somewhere after 30days it you are a resident so Padsplit would have to get a eviction notice. Then recently the members tried to jump on me I files a TPO and the member had to warrants out. The home was surrounded with swat team and the sheriff department street was shut down. But let me add this Padsplit puts there homes in low income areas African Americans or Hispanic areas and I am finding Padsplit is considered a short term leasing which in some counties it is out of jurisdiction.So the home owner is getting away with not paying taxes which actually Padsplit is a property management company llc and if anything goes down they can file bankruptcy and open up another company with a different tax id. Also if you are injured inside the property are on the property you have to go after the home owner the homeowner is supposed to have liability insurance so anything you get a fight with another member, fall anything you have to get a attorney and go after the homeowner but you see Padsplit doesn't let homeowners know that so it is a risk. It is dangerous we are strangers living in one roof. I don't recommend it safety first.

All PadSplit Members must pass a criminal background check prior to being able to book a room, and PadSplit verifies employment and income for every Member. We care about each of our Members. While rare, Members are encouraged to report any incident where they feel unsafe to the police and seek a temporary protective order when appropriate. PadSplit works with Members and in concert with local authorities to investigate any alleged incident. We also provide one no-cost transfer to all Members for any reason.   Padsplit was long coming as a solution addressing the need for housing for those who may not be qualified for market housing requiring among a good credit score a large deposit and outrageous application fees. In my own Padsplit home now for almost three weeks and I'm loving it! I enjoy my room and the use of the laundry and kitchen along with wifi all inclusive with my weekly dues! This is the greatest service since grocery delivery! I'm very pleased with Padsplit.

  My Complaint is about PadSplit harassing me for my rent money. Our agreement was for me to pay a certain amount every other Wednesday, since I get paid on Tuesdays. In the beginning this was good. I have never missed a payment nor have I ever been late on a payment. However, recently, starting in July of this year, PadSplit started sending me threatening emails, texts, voicemails, and notes on my PadSplit account page. The threat was that I should get my account under a certain amount in order to avoid being put out. These threats came 2 days before payment was due. These were not friendly reminder to pay my rent. I don't need reminding. I know where I have to live while in the God forsaken state. So, I would appreciate if PadSplit sends me an apology for harassing me for no reason. If I am late or have a missed payment, then the can harass.

  They did not give me friendly reminders. I consider getting a phone call (voicemail), a text message, an email, and the same message on my padsplit account, harassment because they all said pay now, 2 days before payment was due or consider moving out, and they gave move out instructions for someone like me who has never needed reminding in the year and a half I have been living here. Never late, never missed a payment. This went on for the month of July 2022, twi payments. I then tild Ms ****** hiw I was being harrassed and showed her the text ans advised her I was contacting the BBB, and I also called Padsplit support and told them this is what I am going to do. I did just what I said.Ti conclude, a friendly reminder is a text message, an email, a voicemail, or a message on Padsplit. NOT ALL FOUR. I considered it for what it was, harassment.

  I work a full time job shopping with a part time side gig trying to make ends meet. And i barely stay afloat, so for living arrangements i found padsplit. The person whom founded this company is a bonefide *****. The first house i paid to live in was absolutely disgusting, lacked amenities and was nothing there pictures advertised. I requested a transfer, and found another room. I just left from that house, the trim was left filthy, trash all over, the room didn't have working ac, it had a private bathroom... I'm a man and i wouldn't use that toilet. The bathtub was clogged and had standing water in it. The house was yet another slum house in a seedy neighborhood, with questionable people lurking around. The reality of pad split is this homeowners that are doing business with pad split are making hand over fist money at the expense of the "working class" who unfortunately are running out of options financially. They doctor up pictures for the listings. These houses that I've physically went into are dumps. Company policy's are not being upheld with hosts. I want every ***** I've spent back, i haven't spent a single night at either of the houses. I work hard for every cent that I get to keep at the end of the week and I'll be damned if this company is going to take my money not provide me with any services and then tell me they can't refund my money and I'm prepared to go above the customer support level to the next tier and then I'm going to go to Fox 5 news about this because this company is taking advantage of Americans who are doing the best that they can with what they have.

  Pad split try to sell me a room a size of a closet. The walls have holes, not painted and the air don't work. They need to maintain their properties and monitor the tenants.
