      Horrible company. They have managed to acquire all service providers in the ******* GA area and have raised the rates every quarter. I was paying $76/quarter and the minute they purchased Advanced Sanitation they started with $93 for recycling and trach and now just up it again to $118. This should be unlawful to have such a monopoly!

      Their Service Stinks. Since August 1 they have missed my pickup 6 times. They promise to have the trash pickedup later and never show. They are TERRIBLE

      The owner's of this company should SELL it. No quality control, No commitment to excellence, No reliability. This company has missed several pick *** by sometimes up to a week and still try to charge you full price for the month. They've also raised their rates by $5 over the past 6 months claiming the rise in fuel costs when fuel costs have actually begun to drop again due to the market and Georgia suspending the fuel tax. We finally had enough and stopped our service and was told to have our can out by 7:00am Thursday morning so we put it out Wednesday night. Today is the following Tuesday and the can is still sitting in front or our home even after multiple phone calls to the company. This is by far the worse customer service I've ever received in my 63 years of life.

      Would like to start by letting the company know that the service has become lousy. Trash repeatedly missed and when you call in to let them know the mailbox is always full, wonder why. We have no way to let the company know they missed pick up yet again. Still deal with trash being spilled onto the roadway with no desire to pick up. So who can we call to let know, since you can't leave a message and force the customer to deal with the trash for another week. Another point is the payment arrangements online take on avg ***** min to go thru the ridiculous menu that is so repetitive.

      The worst sanitation service ever. My trash does not get picked up at least 20 times a year with Red Oak. If there was another service available, 90% of their customers would leave.
