Very pleased with this morning’s maintenance inspection done by Enrique. He is very knowledgeable of the HVAC system that I have, and was able to describe its condition to my satisfaction. Very pleased with his friendliness and professionalism and attention to detail. As always, pleased with Dyess’s performance as a company.

Technician was very professional. Call me when he got notice about our needing service. He told me his location and his eta. Arrived when he said he would. We discussed what we experienced. Gave us possible senerios. Was done in 45 mins stayed for 10 mins to make sure unit was working properly.Dyess Heating & Air
