Dont order from here!! Awful product and even worst customer service We ordered a wall decal for our studio. First one that we ordered was peeling off. **************** said its because the wall was not smooth. Anyway we contacted the em about ordering another decal for our wall that we freshly painted a smoothen out. When we chatted with them we asked specifically which decal will work best on a drywall wall. And we followed their instructions and placed the order. First shipment came quickly by the colors on the design where wrong. After going back and forth with several times, we got them to send us a new decal which took a very long time. When we finally put the decal on the wall, it look good. Only to come back the next day to find it on the floor as it completely came off the wall and folded in itself, making it impossible for us to try to reapply it to the wall. We call customer service and ******* wanted me to send a video of how we are trying to apply the decal to the wall after I explained to him that it peeled off the wall and folded on it self and i can not unfold it. I sent a picture to them of the decal on the floor and they replied that they want a video of me applying it to the wall. Seems like that didnt look at the picture at all. so I took the folded decal to the wall and make a video showing them its not sticking to the wall. They have now replied to me. Keep in mind that before I sent the video they replied quickly within 24 hour. Its been 3 days. And not one email. Do not order from this company. Bad products. Awful quality and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have picture to show if you dont believe me.Bannerbuzz

1 starI wouldnt recommend. There is a ******* address but its coming from *****. I paid for priority shipping but and was given a day that Id have it but they knew that it wouldnt arrive on time. Theyre currently giving me the run around for my refund. I wouldnt recommend!Review fromReid D

Worst company REFUND NOT GUARANTEED and most expensive. Totally screwed up my tradeshow bc they missed deadline, canceled my order, thought they refunded me but doing my taxes this year turns out they DID NOT. Used a company that was half the price and produced wayyy quicker.Bannerbuzz

My order was put on hold 4 times, each time I had to contact the company to take my order off of hold. In no business model is this good customer service. They have delayed my order countless times now and I've still not received my order. I don't believe they have any intention on actually sending me anything. I placed my order after I saw the online ad for next day delivery. Shortly after I received an email to approve the design and I confirmed with no adjustments. I placed my order and never received my flag. I called in 48 hours later to locate my order and I was told it was never completed. It was still in design process. Do not advertise quick turnaround if you cannot deliver on promises.Bannerbuzz

Horrible communication and terrible process and turnaround. Placed my order September 13th and have received little to no responses in regards to some updates that needed to be done to my designs. My order was placed on hold, and whenever I reach out by email to try and solve the issue I cannot figure out what the problem is. They changed the type of sticker, I paid the difference and requested four times that the original sticker be cancelled and refunded. No response or acknowledgement. I've been consistently in contact for two and a half months and have reached no resolution.Bannerbuzz

Ordered: size 9x12 envelopes. Average pricing.Envelopes received 2 weeks later than expected. Very poor quality paper used and absolutely no glue/gum to seal the envelope. Printing is poor and many of the envelopes received have dirty marks on front of them. I addressed this directly with Bannerbuzz and the reply I received basically said they were not responsible for any of the issues mentioned. In addition they have now after-the-fact added a notation to the product spec advising the envelopes are not pre-glued. This notation is new, it was not there when the order was placed as specs were checked thoroughly before the order was placed.Bannerbuzz

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! They will delay your order, scam you for more $, then send trash!This company is 100% in ***** and pretending to be a ** company. They have attempted fraud on my order twice, and I will not be trying them again. I selected the option for NO PROOF needed so my order wouldn't be delayed. They then proofed it anyway causing a 4 day delay. To alleviate the delay and get my printed banners before our Grand Opening, I was forced to pay almost $300 for overnight shipping. Then they shipped the banners folded up into small rectangles, causing crease lines which resulted in the printing being torn away and damaged along with the fabric being abrased and ruined. This happened on all (6) double-sided banners. I was forced to pay the local print shop nearly double to replicate this order in rush timing to get it on time. When I tried to resolve it with BannerBuzz, I uploaded 8 photos of the damage. They asked me to upload a video "showing all the banners together" which I did. I was told it would be resolved in 4 hours or less... However 2 days later they said I would receive a small discount for the trouble, other than that there would be no resolution. The scammed me with my turnaround time, then scammed me with a proof, then lied about timelines, the reasons it was damaged and when they couldn't get the shipper to pay for their mistake, they again put it back on me. But I refuse to pay for damaged printed items, that are unusable, I refuse to be scammed repeatedly and I refuse to let them keep doing it over and over. This is America and we have standards and protections against these types of predators. If you would like audio recordings of these interactions or to seem email correspondence or what I uploaded to their site to resolve them, then message me and I will be glad to show you everything they are doing to de-fraud people and get away with crappy quality items, they expect people to just accept.Bannerbuzz

My order was supposed to arrive on 11/1, its now 11/10. The company is making no effort to get my package to me and tells me that since its already been shipped they cant cancel the order. The order is 10 days late and still hasn't made it within 500 miles of me yet the company refuses to cancel the order. They may not be a scam but they aren't worth the aggravation they'll cause you to save a couple bucks.Bannerbuzz

I ordered four different designs, but there was an issue on their end receiving t all four high quality images. 3 were great. They kept losing the fourth. We spent a few weeks going back and forthI sent the fourth image several times. In the end, I told them to just send me the three designs but they would need to rush the shipping because my event was approaching rapidly. They wanted to charge me additional money for priority shipping. Really?!?! The problem was on their end and they werent willing to budge on the $35 shipping. Knowing I would only receive a partial order and Id be paying even more for it, I opted to cancel. They were happy to cancel and lose the profit from the sale rather than eat the $35 for their mistakes. Their profit margins must be small. Anyway, I didnt get anything Id spent weeks working on with them. Suggestion: keep your orders super simple or maybe use someone else.Bannerbuzz
