      I signed up for service on07/23:2022 and was advised by the representative that I would receive a trash container within 3 to 4 weeks and to use the container from my previous service provider until then I received the container a few weeks later but there was already trash in the other container so I immediately starting using theres but they failed to pick up my trash on the following Tuesday I contacted them on 08/19/2022 and informed them my trash had not been picked up and the Manager Will told me they dont pick up on the weekend and said I had to wait until the next Tuesday for pick up then I called back today to ensure pick up and to advise I had an overflow of trash because of the missed pickups and **** charged me for the extra trash when I asked to speak with his manager he refused and and also called me a liar began screaming at disrespectfully and refused to give me a refund and as of 6 pm my trash still hasnt been picked up
