      This company no longer can conduct business in the City of South ******, Ga. I cancelled my service in 2022. The company was to come and pick up their can. It is almost a year later and they will not get the can. I have tried for almost a year to find out when they were coming with calls that largely go unanswered. When someone is available, I am told I was placed on a "list" for pick up with no other details. I want the company to remove their trash can from my property.

      Oct. 2nd 2023 trash put out, never was pick up,called T&R south no answer, detailed message left with name and phone number. I have had a few incidents in the past." I just let them go" I have not rec;d. current bill. I sent T&R south e-mail requesting to cancel my ****. also told them I was dissatisfied with there service, also requested my final bill and for them to pick-up their trash can. Very dissatisfying, when the business do not communicate with the customers.

      My garbage have not been collected over 2 weeks tries to call no answer in from my house smells very bad and hoa telling me to it can't stays there real haz they not answering the phone

      THIS COMPANY HAS PICKED UP MY TRASH FOR OVER 5 YEARS AND NOW THEY STOPPED PICKING UP, NO EXPLANATION ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THE ***** OR IF THEY DO THEY HANG UP IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND HAVE WRITTEN A LETTER. THEY OWE ME TRASH PICKUP FROM LAST WEEK AND THIS WEEK ALL THE WAY UNTIL THE END OF JUNE. THERE HAVE BEEN SERVICE FAILURES BEFORE BUT THEY ALWAYS MADE IT UP. I HAVE ALSO ASKED THEM FOR A NEW CAN LID WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN PROMISING FOR 3 *****S BUT NEVER DELIVERED. I WORRY THEY WILL TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AGAIN AT THE END OF THE ***** AND NOT PERFORM THE SERVICE. MEANWHILE, ***** IS ROTTING AWAY AND ACCUMULATING. I HAVE ALREADY HIRED ANOTHER FIRM SINCE I CANNOT LEAVE TRASH SITTING AROUND FOR WEEKS. AGAIN, I WORRY THEY WILL IGNORE MY LETTER AND CHARGE ME FOR SERVICES THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE. MAYBE THEY ARE HAVING ISSUES FINDING EMPLOYEES BUT I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. MAYBE THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS BUT THEY NEED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW SOMETHING. THANK YOU.

      I contacted T&R's office and spoke with ******** on Tuesday, April 4th. I advised my trash was not picked up on Monday, April 3rd, 2023. She told me that someone would be by on Wednesday to pick my trash. That, of course, did not happen, so I called on yesterday, Wednesday April 5th, she then stated your driver stated he picked up from **** *********************; *********, ** *****. I told her I have video evidence that he skipped my trash and picked up my neighbors trash. I then stated to her, I wanted and credit applies for service I did not receive. She placed me on hold and when she returned to me, she advised she did not need the video and advised someone will be here this morning to get the trash. This did not happen.       I signed up for me service with T & R South Sanitation for trash pick-up on 6 Dec 2022. I was charged up front to begin the service and was told a trash receptacle would be delivered. In the meantime I would use the one I had from until it was picked up by the company I just stopped using. I received one trash pick-up service from T&R then nothing. My trash can was picked up by my old company. I have tried multiple times to contact ****** I can't get through but phone because it either 1) continues to ring before it cuts the call, or 2) gives me a message that no one is available, but there's no allowance for leaving a message. I found a link to send a message to the company but it goes to the billing that tells me they only process payments. I tried sending messages multiple times. I've sent a few messages requesting cancellation and a refund. Response takes days. Then I finally get, direct quote, "our policy is not refunds." It is now 31 Jan 2023. I've received a bill. Why would I pay for another quarter for service I haven't even received from initially signing up? No trash can. No trash pickup. No contact because I can't get through on their customer service line. Slim to no communication and that, only through the billing service. Can't get through to the actual sanitation company. I am going for a resolution that includes a full refund of my initial payment of $73 when I signed up with this ghost company.

      I started service trash pickup with this company after moving into my home on November 29th.The first pickup day was supposed to be December 8th.I was told to put the trash out Wednesday night to guarantee early morning pickup on Thursdays.December 7th our trash was out but it wasn't picked up.I called them they said they were running late by then we had put the trash back in the garage after calling we were told to put it back out which we did they didn't come until after 10 that evening.Our next pickup was on the 15th no one picked up.I called the next day I was told the sent a email saying they would pick up Friday.And since we moved the trash in the garage after they didn't pick up on the correct day they couldn't get it but they did empty our gray trash can we don't have a receptacles at all because we were told 4-6 weeks before they could get us one.The 22nd was the next pick up date no one picked the trash up this day either.I called on December 28th to make sure they were picking up the next day.I was told they would be picking up on the 29th.Its now the 30th of Dec.and no pickup.I called today and was basically told they would be here tomorrow then maybe the end of the week I spoke with the route manager who didn't care to help at all.His attitude was nonchalant and nasty.He began yelling at me and hung up on me.Saying he had other people holding.We have been here since Nov.29th and we've received service one time after 10 pm.I feel like I've been scammed and they are just taking my money.Then they get nasty with you.We were told we could put out ***** gallon bags or ******************* have never gone over the amount of bags and they still don't pick up.I explained that we have and Hoa and I was told by the route manager it wasn't his problem.Please help I'm a 71 year old woman going through this.This whole company is a rip off.The reviews are horrible its not only me.They are ripping every one off.

      We pay monthly for the services of this company but they never come on time, im scheduled to get my trash picked up on a Friday but they come on Saturdays when they want to or dont come at all & claim they came. My trash builds up & now I have to keep piling my trash for the fact that they never come on time. If im paying for the service every month I dont see why I dont get the service correctly.       On October 19, 2022 @ 2:37 pm ET I made a payment to T&R South Sanitation in the amount of $72.00 for trash pickup. I have not had my trash picked up since the beginning of November. I have had many problems with trash not being picked up. On ****** there are numerous complaints about the company not picking up trash but taking the money. As of today November 17, ************************************ regards to my trash not being picked up after several attempts to reach them about the issue. The lady on the phone (*****) informed me that my payment was returned and that my account was suspended. However it is shown on my bank account otherwise. I have called the bank and tried to track down where the funds are. And they show it was processed. I called again, and spoke with another representative who was very unprofessional and very disrespectful, calling me broke , saying it wasnt her concern. And saying that I made the payment online which is through a third party (trashbilling) and that I needed to contact them. I asked for a phone number to contact them she lied and said she didnt have one. And said that payments made through them has nothing to do with them. She also stated that I should have been called about the situations which I have been calling for several weeks and got no response or the phone hangs up after ringing for about two minutes. When I spoke with the third party they notified me that the payment was sent to T&R and that I should call them and my bank to see why the funds arent where they should be or why I havent received the funds if it was rejected. While on the phone with the third party the lady informed me that today, Nov. 17, T&R was trying to process another payment for $54.00 , $6.00, and a $2.00 processing fee , and a return fee, which makes the total $149.00. I have got in contact with my bank to stop payment for future transactions. I would like to report this business for myself and other customers who have complained. Thank you
