    I sold multiple items to this company due in desperate need of money. That was weeks ago, and I have not received anything for Decluttr. This has caused me undue hardship and they do not care at all. There is no customer service number ( I even found a number on the BBB website that doesn't even ring) and they only offer email or live chat options. The last three live chat conversations I had lead to me being promised an update today on my payment being processed. Still nothing. When I tried to chat again today, it said it could not connect me to any representatives. This is criminal. It's cruel. They have my items, and I am still without the money I desperately need. I am going to do everything I can to make sure people don't give this company any of their business, and I hope they fall apart for being the scumbags they are.

    I am very sorry to hear of the issues you have been facing with your order.

    From looking into this, I can see that we received your order, but one of the items that was listed was not present, and therefore we had some delays in processing and completing the order. 

    The order has since been completed and paid for without the missing item, and payment was completed on 31st August. We advise all customers allow 3-5 business days for payment to be received. I am very sorry for any delays or any inconvenience caused.

    Never received payment for items sold to Decluttr. Ive been going back and forth with their customer service team and still have not resolved the issue even after sending the information they requested

    website and APP are not integrated. and do not work well even separately. No WAY on earth to contact them by phone, I've emailed them and a "bot" gives you an unsatisfactory answer in 2-3- days....

    Bait and switch. Decluttr quotes one price then give you a much lower one once they receive the item, with claims of damage and performance issues that are simply not there. In my case, they actually said I sent in a different SIZE MacBook Pro than the one I actually mailed in! I sent a 2015 model with a 15" screen, cosmetically sound and in perfect working order (price quoted: $280) , they're claiming it's a 2017 model with a 13" screen (?!) and with extensive damage and performance issues ("adjusted" price quote: $30). It's a different sized computer!!! They are either stupid or they think I am. And they offer no option to discuss the issue - it's either accept the low offer or decline and they send it back - in this case, I probably won't get back the computer I sent them in the first place!! I did the trade in to avoid the hassle of selling it myself on second-hand websites but now I wish I had.

    Don't trust the Insurance offered during shipping They say that the devices are insured for damage during transit; however there is no way to claim insurance unless you can prove that- which I don't know how. I exchanged multiple emails with them - they were respectful but I felt like they dodged responsibility and wouldn't address the damage to the device caused during back and forth. I sent them my iPhone with no damage, came back to me with back glass broken... and now I am left with a device that I can't sell to another service.

    Terrible experience. After initially offering $30 for Airpods 2, the company received my item and state it was not as described and revised their offer to $1.50. Did not give a specific reason as to the functional problem with them that justified the significant difference offered. The product was in good condition, so its likely they are just scamming people out of their money to make more on their resell.

    We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. From looking into your order, I can see you described your item as Airpods 2 with Wireless Charging Case, in Good Condition. The item arrived and was tested, but out team found that there was poor sound quality from the Airpods, and it failed our assessment, being classified as faulty. The maximum amount we could therefore offer was $1.50. You have 14 days to accept or decline the offer. If you decline the offer the item will be returned to the address on your account, or if you accept this it will be paid at the reduced amount, If you do not respond to the offer within the 14 days, the offer will be automatically accepted on our system.

    I sent in a box dvd, Blu-Rays and 4ks into Decluttr. I have never had a problem with them, I was supposed to receive $16 but expected less because they usually find something wrong with one of the discs. This time they said all I sent in was empty movie boxes??? Why would I send empty boxes??? There is no loose discs in my home. This is ridiculous. I asked them for photos, they refused. I asked for my items back they refused. This company needs better management or to be closed forever.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm beyond disappointed with this service and should've read reviews for it before hand. I came to this site after being referred by multiple articles, etc. I was trying to sell my old Xbox along with an EXTRA controller and games. I packed up everything into 2 separate boxes which they said was fine then sent it on its way. Immediately I got hit with the "xbox is missing controller" thus decreasing my Xbox value by $30. I reached out, got hit with the worst customer service ever and told to accept their "revised" prices and they'd send an additional for the missing item. I then did that, that's when I thought I was getting shorted and scammed like similar people have said in their reviews. I continued going back and forth with them stating how could they have missed a controller when they literally gave me credit for the games that were in the same box I sent. Now here's the fun part, after reaching out probably 5 additional times they admitted there was another controller and would send me my missing payment. They sent me $9 for the missing controller. Which is the price when selling a controller. Instead of correcting the whole issue in the first place and valuing my Xbox correctly. This ****** me right off cause how are you gonna admit to shorting me and then create another problem and having the audacity to pay me for the additional controller rather than paying me the correct value of my Xbox with said controller. I of course wanted to swear horrible things on these people at this point so I reached out 3 more times and had to go as far as threatening to go to the BBB if it wasn't resolved. Finally after fighting for 2 weeks I got my missing money. So happy ending to a really annoying story. Seriously don't bother with these people. Their customer service might as well be illeterate unpaid highschool interns along with a warehouse full of blind workers.

    I have been using Decluttr for a long time and it has worked flawlessly. Not so this time. My iPhone that I sent was mailed on 09/27/22 and received by Decluttr on 09/29/22, I have been denied full price and the site will not allow me to accept or deny because it will not bring up any orders. I did finally get an answer that it still will be a lower price even with the above mentioned. My Apple Watch, the email says that it was tested and has a faulty hardware/software issue and my price has been reduced to pretty much nothing. This watch is an Apple 7 and I have worn it every day until I upgraded. It has never had any issues and I did not get a response to my email on this one. I had not even had the watch a year yet. With all these issues this does cast doubt that something has changed with Decluttr. I emailed Decluttr several times but no response. Their site would not bring up my order to allow me to click on Do not process my payment and send back the Watch so I lost money going through Decluttr. I would have had warranty on the watch if there was a problem.

    I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's seeing their media prices wrong on their website but I was attempting to buy an DVD item that they have listed as $101.00. I don't know if it was an error or they just want to scam people of more money. $101.00 for an select DVD Movie/Blu-ray/CD???
