1 starI tried selling DVDs to them back on April 13. I sent them an email message asking them to send me a return address label to my email address on April 18. I also asked them to let me know what their mailing address is so that I could send them to their office. I never did receive any of this information. I did receive a response back from them on April 28 telling me that they would "escalate this matter for further assistance". That response also said "please allow up to two business days". I still have not received any of the information that I have requested from them.***********************Review fromJennifer C

This business is horrible. I sent in a pristine Apple Watch because they sent me an offer. Took them weeks. Then they revised my offer saying my description was not accurate. That I sent in a black banded watch. No I did not. Its pink. So I declined offer and now Im afraid they wont send mt item back accurately. Ive called and number is disconnected. Emailed many times and chatted. To no avail!!! Do not use them. Its a scam!!Decluttr

From looking into your order, we can see you described your Apple Watch as a Wi-Fi device, but the item we received is a Wi-Fi & Cellular device. We offer different prices for devices with only Wi-Fi capabilities and devices with both Wi-Fi & Cellular capabilities.
You also sent the order outside of the 28 day price guarantee period, therefore were no longer entitled to the original price, so we had to reduce the price in line with the current value on our website.
We can assure you that there was no mention of a Pink or Black band within our revision, and it was solely because the description of the item was incorrect, and the maximum time frame for your original price had surpassed by the time the item was sent.

1 starI have been dealing with this company since 14 April 23. I sent in my Iphone to sell. It was received by their company on 14 April 23 at 9:38 an and sign for by ******. After not being paid by this company - I contact them numerous times via email/chat as they do not have a working number. I switched payment account to Navy ******************** at Decluttr's request and as of **** hrs on 25 April 24 - I have still not received payment. As a Honorably Discharged 24 yr US Army Veteran, I am amazed that they are allowed to do this to customers. It is my request that some contact me today from Decluttr or I assure you that I will be at your location on 26 April 24. We have a field office about one hour from their location and law enforcement will be in attendance. It is a felony in the **************** to commit fraud and that is exactly what this is. *************************, President and Managing Partner, MonsterK-9.com a multi-state corporationReview fromRenee V

Decluttr has been running me in circles for weeks. I followed all of the instructions and sent my items with their prepaid label all in one box. They said they did not receive more than 20 of my items. When I asked further they sent me a list of the "missing" items with different reasons why they would not pay for them (none were returned to me). I have provided at Decluttr's request my wiring info twice, my email, mailing address, and proof that payment was never received. They keep making endless requests for information already provided which prompted me to close my bank account since they seemed so fraudulent. You will not receive anything from this company except aggravation. If there was a way to give them zero stars I would. It seems that they either have a policy of theft by taking your items and not honoring their payment for them, or fraud by promoting that they will send you payment but never doing so.Decluttr

We are very sorry to hear of the poor experience you have had.
From looking into this, we can see that payment for your order failed, as the details on your account were incorrect.
As a result, we require the details to be updated via our website, to provide the correct details to allow for us to issue payment.
As this has not been completed, our customer service team cannot reissue payment for you.
We can only issue payment via the original payment method selected, which was Bank Transfer on this occasion.

I sent in my iPhone 14 and received a messaging saying it didn't pass quality inspection and then given no further explanation. Yes, the phone is carrier locked and I did click that option. I was disappointed by the lack of contact from Decluttr and will be looking to sell my phone elsewhere once they send it back to me. I advise people to look elsewhere when selling their items.Decluttr

We are very sorry that you were unhappy with the processing of your item. The item arrived but was found to have a Bad ESN. This means that there are outstanding bills for the item, or it is under contract with a provider.
We cannot accept these items and can only return these free of charge.

1 starRead an article about where to consider for the resale of a phone that was being replaced, mostly because it was time. It was 4 1/2 years old and my significant other's phone [both ******* S20] seam split as she was removing the edge of the case it was in. We usually purchase unlocked phones every 4 to 6 years it seems, at the same time, especially when one is failing or has had something not worthy of a repair, so was directed to this app as a trustworthy source to recycle or for them to do what ever they like. More than likely resell, and convienence factor seemed like it might be the way to go.I couldn't have been any more wrong.I had my phone checked over at the place of purchasing the new phones, and was made an offer for trade in value. I just wasn't sure what I wanted to do with it yet. This would be my second mistake. I uploaded all my info, what I was offering up---selected "good" out of the two conditions you can select [the other choice was "defective"]. It was a great working phone, clean, always had a case/lens protector on it. Held a charge like any 4 year old phone would. Never dropped or scratches. I selected "good" though it's really very good to near mint.I mailed it off, well protected, the same day. Get a, what looks to be some sort of automated response, not an actual customer service agent, that my offer that I accepted was being "devalued" that I could decline or accept. I was offered a little over a hundred dollars and now was offering a ridculous $5.00 because their "inspection team" found the "onset of screen burn"There is no screen burn. The phone is a little over 4 years old and what could be listed as very good/near mint condition, used.Wasted my time and now I'm reading they may tear open the phone making it useless if they even if they mail it back?I guess it all a wait and see...and will come back to edit anything that happens from here on out with this trash company.Avoid this place like the plague.Review fromMaali E

I made the discribtion as accurately as possible. I was worried after a few bad reviews but everything went exactly like it should. I invested in packing peanuts to make sure nothing is broken when it gets there. I will use them again!Decluttr

When they received my device, they said things were not working with my device that I confirmed did indeed work before I sent it. I sent it in original packaging and surrounded it in a much bigger box with a ton of padding. They also told me it was a different device than I said. No. This probably works with most people but I have "the receipts". It is only a matter of time before this sham company is defunct. Don't fall for it!Decluttr

Having looked into this, we can see the order is 1448624.
This order was marked to be an iPhone SE 2020 64GB Unlocked but when the item arrived, it was an iPhone 6s which had some LCD faults on the screen. Unfortunately as a result we could not offer the full price, as this device is not valued the same, therefore we had to revise the price offered, and as this was declined, the item will be returned back to the customer

Having looked into this, we can see that we have 1 order on our system under these details. Order 1449116. The item under this was rejected, as the item was marked as MacBook Pro Core i7 2.3 13" (2020) 16GB, but when it arrived we found this was not the correct item. Unfortunately we cannot accept all items, so we had to return the item back to the customer.
