In the beginning of February 2024 I spent $301 on hair tools from the merchants site to which they had never arrived after waiting well over a month and when I reached out to said merchant they did not resolve the issue. They had apologized to me then became un reachable/ un helpful. I have not received my hair equipment or a refund and their site will not load for me, no answer through email or their customer support. I was expressed that I am recovering from my hair equipment getting stolen and they are no better than the people here that vandalized and took from me. I am extremely depressed and not dealing well with this situation. Barbernation has contributed to my depleted mental mental health as a Black, disabled active duty Army Veteran and I demand justice and fairness. I went on to buy clipper set for work i was in desperate need of clippers quickly and saw that they had a set of the clippers trimmers and the blower/ vacuum tool that came with it for $540 at the time that I purchased it, it said that it was still in stock so i bought it and I never received any information on if it was being sent out on its way or anything so i tried calling i have called about 10 times a day and tried emailing them to cancel the order i needed them quickly so I wanted to cancel so i could purchase something else instead i enclosed the emails that I sent after the first couple of messages went unanswered and still not one call or email to even give me an estimate on how long it will take or if they would refund my card and its been about two weeks so i wasn't sure if I was being ripped off or what I went on here to see if anyone else had this problem and saw that other people had made complaints with you guys on here and it seems to me that they do this all the time but why have a number if no answers the calls ever. At this point I had to purchase new clippers so i would just like a refund i didn't write any of the information because I included it in attachments at the bottom.Business Response

I ordered a turbo jet air duster for $99.00 and after ship protection for $1.00. Ive attempted to contact the company via phone multiple times and get the same generic vm everytime, which ends with them hanging up on you. I have also sent multiple emails attempting to get a resolution. They say theyll respond within three business days, and that has also not been the case. I ordered a set of hair clippers and trimmers that came with a dryer on 12/22/23. When I hadn't received any tracking info for the product I emailed the company on 12/31/23. They responded & said that the product had to be assembled & would be shipped out in 3 weeks. I asked for an order update on 01/10/24. They said they were still working on the order but it should be out within the next two weeks. I asked for another update on 01/26/24. They said the order was taking longer than expected & offered an extended warranty on the product. They also said it would be an additional 3 weeks. After 4 weeks with no update I emailed them again on 02/22/24. They replied saying they didn't know when my order would be shipped out. I was upset & requested a refund on 02/26/24. They cancelled my order & said they would send out an email when it was processed. On 03/01/24 I asked for an update on my refund & on 03/04/24 they said they would give it a high priority but I still have yet to receive my refund or any emails regarding it. I just want this to be handled & get my refund. I believe this to be a very poorly run business that gives misleading ********************* people along.Business Response

On December 27, 2023 I placed an order online at ********************************************* for *************************** Edition Iridescent ************************* FX726RB with 4-in1 Turbo Jet Air Duster, order #*****. My credit card was charged on December 28, 2023 for $389.99 for the purchase. In an email dated January 15 inquiring about the status of my order, a response was sent saying it would ship within 3 weeks. On February 8, 2024 and March 1, 2024 I sent follow up emails and received no response. In the March 1, 2024 email I stated I wanted a refund as I had not received the merchandise. I have seen no credit on my credit card. I also have called on March 1, 4, and 7 and am unable to speak to a representative. I have called a total of five times and heard the same message. Once a chargeback has been made, the bank takes back your payment, plus a chargeback fee from us. Then we no longer have a paid order, and are not able to fulfill it, refund it, or make any changes. The bank then allows us some days to respond and then, they investigate the issue.
The response to your bank was already submitted, and until the chargeback is resolved, the order must remain as is. We submitted the response to your dispute on April 7, 2024 at 4:18 am. Now it is up to the bank to make their decision, which could take up to 75 days.
We do not control this process, unfortunately. Should the bank rule in our favor, we can issue a refund then, as they return your payment to us. If they rule in your favor, they will issue the refund themselves. Thank you for understanding.

On 12/16/2024, I placed an order through this merchant. I have yet to receive my order and have not received any active updates. On more than one occasion, I have reached out to the merchant requesting order status. I was given a timeframe in response, which has not been honored. After doing some research, I found numerous other people who reported having waited months for their items.
