    I ordered an item online through their website on 11/27/2023. My card was charged $89.99 and I still have not received said item or even tracking info on the item. I have tried contacting the company and they will not return emails and I cannot get through on the 800 number. I need a resolution.

    On November 15, 2023 I went online and I purchased an order with ******* nation. My order came up to $269.99 Barber nation then sent me a email stating that I needed to send my identification card to show verification that I was the sole owner of that card that I was using. Once I sent my verification they emailed me an order number saying my product would be out within 3 weeks and that I should receive a tracking number. I have been trying to contact them. I have not been able to get a respond. They say if you email them they will respond within 48 hours. Its been a week and Ive still not heard from them. Ive requested for refund. No one has emailed me back. at this time this was a gift for my husband for Christmas. I am very upset at the situation. And highly disappointed at this company with the lack of communication they have

    Refunds do take 3 to 5 business days. If you are still having issues after the aforementioned days have elapsed, then confer with your credit card company. I am re-confirming the order has already been cancelled.

    Hello Dear Customer,

    Please call your bank. Once a chargeback has been requested, the money is taken from our account. You submitted a chargeback on December 7 with your bank, and we accepted that chargeback and cancelled your order on December 8. This means we told your bank to refund your account, instead of fighting the chargeback. You might even be able to see this on your bank's phone app. We hope your bank is able to solve this fast for you. Have a nice day.

    I ordered a product from the business on 10/4/23, at which time my credit card was charged $110. I never received a shipment notification so I emailed the company on 10/24/23, no response, and again on 10/31/23 with no response. I never received the turbo air duster I purchased and was charged for, and I was never contacted by BarberNation after repeated attempts at contacting them. It has been 6 weeks since I was charged for an item I never received. Their website claims orders are shipped within 3-5 business days so this is obviously well outside of that timeframe.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I hope they will not intentionally deceive customers in the future and communicate more effectively.
    Items should not show in stock and then still not ship after 6 weeks have passed.

    I purchased a turbo jet air duster from barber nation and have not received in nearly a month but my biggest concern is that the barber nation that o sent the money to has a different address than the one that is on file that is on line and I need a refund the fraudulent address I have is ****************************************************************************** and when I typed in barbernation this address never popped up online.
