      I ordered contacts online and the estimated 3-4 day delivery initially. 17 days later, they refused to update me on the status of my order. They keep saying they are out of stock and will take **** days from the manufacturer. When that amount of time passed they continued to say the same thing to me until today when they canceled my order. Conveniently, my prescription expired in that amount of time requiring me to go back to the doctor before getting more contacts. It was not expired when I ordered or during the delivery time frame initially given.

      I had an appointment at 11 AM with an hour and a half drive to get to my appointment. ********************************************************************** a bit of heavy traffic. I called Americas best to inform them that I would be 10 to 15 minutes late for my appointment and they said please come anyway will get you in. I arrived they looked at me and said sorry your appointments been canceled and that was that I explain to them that I telephoned to let them know I would be late due to a car accident and that I had an hour and a half drive to get there. They did not give a **** at all and said sorry and shrug their shoulders what the actual F

      I do not recommended. Although everyone is nice. They are not customer service professionals. They put me on hold everytime I called to check on contacts for ***** minutes. Had to wait over 2 weeks for "tester" contacts to arrive. Had to **** them down nobody ever called. Phone calls are not returned.

      Do NOT go! They dont care. Prices are not competitive and they let me wait when there was no one in the store for almost an hour. I was told **** days for my glasses and its been almost THREE WEEKS. They literally ignored me while I took time from work to get my glasses. I will NEVER go back. I contacted support and have not heard back. The manager said my glasses have been shipped and I shouldve had them today.no glasses to date.

      Totally positive experience at the Americas Best Eyecare store in ********. The price I was quoted is what I paid and the staff was professional and courteous.A few bumps in the process were smoothed out quickly by *********************** who took the time to listen to my concerns and correct the issues.Overall great experience with these folks.

      They just hand your glasses to you and don't adjust and rush you out door.Other places measure,adjust while on your face,but not here.

      Very disappointed with my service Had my eye exam July 26th 2022 and it is now Aug 20th and have not received my glasses yet and no explanation of the delay!

      What an emotional rollercoaster this day has been. I just received potentially catastrophic news about my sight. That being said, I've never seen a better optometrist or staff than I just did at America's Best in ******. They now have a customer for life. In order of appearance because I honestly can't say which one was better. They were ALL PHENOMENAL!The young lady, *** who filled in ALL my paperwork because the print was so tiny I couldn't see it. The person in pre-exam room 2, who helped me in so so many ways, including helping me decide on my college major (marketing/advertising and photography. But they also helped me by taking images of the back of my eyes, potentially saving me from a totally different life. I wish I knew their name.Update, that was Xander. Xander you changed my life! (I'm calling back to get their name)************* who's been there for 30 years. He immediately noticed that I was blind in my left from some badass photos of behind my eye and secondarily, but almost just as immediately noticed I need to see a specialist immediately if I want to retain any sight at all. ************* also took the time to explain everything to me, answer my questions, and tell me where the BEST place for me to go for further treatment. And finally ********. Who was so super sweet and kept me laughing after receiving my traumatic news. She really softened the blow. She also helped me pick out super cool frames and got me set up with the best lenses my insurance will cover. They were all mind-blowingly incredible. But there's still the whole I'm potentially about to go rest of the way blind thing that has me pretty shaken.It's only been 2 years since my last eye appointment. In two years, I developed two holes or very weak spots in my retina. A detached retina would completely blind me.

      I would leave negative stars if permitted. Do not trust this place, especially for them to secure your personal information. Someone in their offices created an online account for me without my authorization (using all my personal information) and then proceeded to create a password unbeknownst to me. I then was sent a letter stating that this account was created and that I should go online and change the password. When I called their headquarters to get answers as to who created this without my authorization, their answer was that people get hacked you know! Totally oblivious to their responsibility to not allow their customers personal information to be hacked! In addition, the majority of the contacts that I received from them were ripped. The prescription they wrote and gave to me was incorrect and they were totally incompetent! I was told to come to their office to see the eye doctor twice, only to be told once I got there to go home. Save the aggravation and go anywhere else!
