      Purchased contacts from ********* location after being told I had to switch brands due to being unable to get my current contacts. Had a eye exam they changed my prescription purchased 6 boxes of new contacts cannot see any small print called there and told them these are useless to me I was told to throw them out and buy new ones nothing they can do for me. $500.00 and thats what I was told. Throw them out and buy new ones!

      They owe me paychecks. *******, ****** and **** in *************** like to give people the run around and hang up on them. No one in this company is working towards me being compensated for my time spent here for employment. I turned them into the ***************** Wage and Labor division.

      I would highly recommend NOT to go to Americas Best because the doctor was 35 minutes late and they have a policy that you have to "trial" contacts before ordering them. I have had the same contacts for 25 years and do not need to trial them. They did not have any contacts on hand and had to order them. I was told I have to wait 10 days before they come in! I needed them immediately but they refused to help me. They promised the doctor would call in a day or two with a solution and he didn't! I called them and they said the doctor would be gone for two more days and whoever told me he would call was wrong! The manager couldn't do anything and was just helpless. The whole place is so unorganized and the whole experience was awful! If you need contacts it will be a very long time before you get them. Definitely don't go here if you need them in a hurry.

      Store #**** I waited 3 months for a contact prescription that never arrived. I called *** routinely to check the status of my order and was regularly told the manufacturer was the problem. They told me that lenses were re-ordered but the new order never arrived. Eventually the Manager and Assistant Manager became dismissive and appeared to be annoyed (especially when I inquired in person). During one telephone inquiry I expressed how disappointed I was in the service over the past three months and the Manager literally LAUGHTED AND HUNG UP.I went into the store the next day...requested a copy of my contact lens prescription walked over to ******* located in the same Mall ... ordered my lenses and received my new lenses in less than 5 business days. So much for doing business with *** & E !!! Thumbs down !!!!

      I went to their shop they did not do my prescription right and they refused to fix it. I would not go there. It was a waste of money. I guess you get what you pay for.

      Doc at ******* Best Eyeglasses in ******** ** requires all patients to wear masks in her office.. I was able to get into the store, have my eyes examined, and sit in waiting room, all without a mask. Now I have no problem with the doc wearing a mask but I feel it is a violation of my rights, and most likely company policy, for her to make her patients wear mask in her presence.

      It should be called "*******'s WORST"!!! had to return prescription sunglasses 3 times. When I went to pick up on the 3rd time the lenses were still distortred. They gave up and just said "we are going to just give you a refund". Staff is friendly and super caring but the place they use to make their glasses is AWFUL. this is even after the manager of the store sent them a message and said "Make absolute certain that the lenses are not defective." Whelp. Here we were for the 3rd time. Still defective. Even the Optomotrist said, i have no idea why this is happening, hence they gave up and gave us a refund. I would not reccommend this place and mad that i even had to give them one star to post

      My fella and I went for exams and glasses. I have two insurances and he has none. I picked out my frames added what I wanted on them was told $385 after insurance I about fell in the floor so I took off a couple things $265. Then comes my fella I told the woman no insurance so I'm hinting at the $99 special for him sets him up for $285 same things comes off his bill. I pondered all weekend talk to both HR ppl and realize I've been royally ripped called to cancel order it's already gone out. I gave them a mouthful and told them to mail the worthless thing to me I'd never be back and I'd tell everyone about them. Wish I'd just got up and walked out. What looks good ain't never good. Lessons learned the hard dam way on poor people's dime.

      I would not use this company for anything got the wrong prescription.And there was added fees for the exam etc.Do not use.

      Americas Best on ******************************************************* . DO NOT GO THERE!!! They will never get my business again. Had eye exam June 16,2022 ended up taking 3 weeks to get a trial pair of contacts and went back a week later to test them out only to be told no doctors for 2weeks so I returned then to test and had to get another pair of trial contacts because those dried my eyes out. Its been over 2months since then and Ive not even gotten a phone call . Paid $99 and have nothing to show for it. They have extremely bad reviews everywhere. They need to be shut down !! I tried talking to one woman the first day I went just to get a ballpark range of cost for contact lenses and she act like it offended her to have to answer such a question. The receptionist were nice and helpful but the people that work on the floor need to be bouncers at a bar with those attitudes and also the doctor that talked to me when I went back to test the first trial pair had the same attitude. They need to be fired !!
