Never purchased a subscription to this company. Last year they took money out of my account through ****** and had to refund. This year they took $99 from my account again without permission or me ordering anything. Super frustrating and they need to refund!Business Response

They charged me ****** for an annual subscription that I didnt know I had. The product hasnt been used, and they are saying they cant refund the money for a product and subscription that was never used. I sent an email on the same day I saw the charge come up, and they still wouldnt refund the unwanted subscription.Business Response

I bought a FIXD scanner device for my car. I thought that was all I purchased. Little did I know that they signed me up for some premium subscription service. I found this out today when I was charged $99.99. I immediately contacted them thinking it was some fraudulent charge. They said I never canceled my free subscription so they charged me and would not refund me. I never used the service or have any intention of using it. I got an email weeks ago, but it looked like spam. They are losing nothing by refunding me my money. I never used their service or intend to. I don't even know what the premium subscription is. When you buy a physical product who would think it comes with a hidden charge. Then when I cancelled the subscription I had to go through 6 screens confirming my subscription. Each time they kept lowering the price. They won't refund me, but will give me 67% off. This company is taking advantage of people with deceptive practices. I attached my message and their response. I ordered a product in 2024 and they automatically signed me up for a subscription. Because I didn't know about it until I receive my credit card statement I was not reimbursed. At that time I explained i didn't order I didn't want it. Long story short the billed me again in 2025 99 dollars. You can't get anyone on the phone they make you go to their online customer support. They literally just charged me again and they won't remove the fees. Terrible company fraudulent activity. Multiple complaints.Business Response

I purchased a sensor from FIXD Automotive to use on my vehicle and I got an email from my ******************* that I have a suspicious charge of $106.59 on my account that evidently is a subscription that I never signed up for. This business is making their money on hidden charges that they are deceiving customers with and hoping they never check their credit card bill.Business Response

I bought the product for $21.19. They charged me for a subscription that I never asked for. I was charged $105.99 to my credit card without my approval then they would not speak with me they wanted to use email to deny my credit stating I did not cancel on time. I informed that this was fraud. As they can see this was a misunderstanding and I never used them for anything other than buying the product. On December 14, I was charged for a premium subscription that I did not sign up for. I reached out to FIXD team to fix the error the very same day the unauthorized charge was discovered but they never returned my email or gave me a call so now Im left with no option but to warn others. When you completed the purchase, you authorized the subscription charge at the end of the 14-day free trial. Additionally, I can see that our support team responded to your email with a subscription management link that allows you to refund and cancel the subscription without having to wait.

I boughT an automotive code reader with no subscription over a year ago from FIXD. It died a week later. No surprise I see through ****** that they have charged for a subscription of $150 today and FIXD and ****** refused to refund the money back to our account for services not wanted. I think they are complicit with each other in the scam as there are thousands of complaints on the internet of random funds of varying amounts flowing through this scam house with ****** covering for it.Business Response

I am sorry for the confusion! ****** would only decline the refund if we provided sufficient evidence that the charge was valid. Since the subscription recurs annually, and the subscription was not canceled, it was a valid charge. We have made an exception to our refund policy and issued a refund for the renewal charge along with canceling the subscription.
