    I ordered the fixd sensor and tried to return it before the 14 day trail ended. I was given an option to provide my credit card information. It then stated that I pay $5.00 and $49.00 would be charged to my card monthly. Yall are deceiving people of money and making it very hard to cancel. Then I was charged $109.00 that I didnt authorize.

    I am sorry for the confusion! All you needed to do was reach out to our support team to cancel your subscription before the trial ended. We have already gone ahead and processed the refund and cancellation for you so you should be all set.

     

    As for the $5 and $49 charge, we have no record of any charged of that amount with us, nor do we have any product that charges $5 or $49 monthly, so I believe you are getting us confused with another company.

    I cancelled my subscription last year and they charged my account again this year. I would like my money back. $100 might now be a lot to them but right now it is a lot to me. I have never used their product, even during the free 2 weeks, and I cancelled my subscription last year. I never got a refund from them last year but I am determined to get one this year because I cancelled it. They can't just keep doing this to me.

    I ordered this product a year ago and was charged $99 for the premium option which I did not order. They refunded my money and informed me that my subscription was cancelled. I now have been again this year and they are refusing to refund my money saying that I didnt cancel my subscription within 30 days after ensuring me that they cancelled it for me last year.

    This company charged me an annual fee, even though I canceled my subscription over a year ago when they charged my account for an annual fee and I didnt agree to it.

    I purchased a double fixd automotive sensor on last Nov 21 and was charged $109.99 on Dec 5 without any reason.

    I bought the **** device for *****, two weeks later I subscribed to the so called yearly Subscription that could help identify in more detail the problem of the vehicle for *****! Knowing that the automatic renewal would come due in August of 2023, So in Feb. of 2023 I called and told **** that I wanted to opt / cancel my yearly subscription BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH ************ TO OPERATE THE DEVICE! And I cant see paying for something that I cant use! BUT THEY NEVER DID SEND ME AN EMAIL TO SHOW ME THAT I OPTED OUT OF THE PROGRAM! BUT COME AUGUST THERE WERE NO CHARGES FOR 2023 So I just figured everything was good! BOY WAS I WRONG! COME AUGUST OF 2024 A CHARGE WAS MADE ON MY CARD FOR ***** (I did not authorize this charge and called the card company and told them) three days later **** sent it through again and the card let it go through that time, I called the card company again and started calling the phone # for **** and could not get through, tried several times.Filed a dispute and the only thing that **** came up with for their proof was THEY placed in Aug. 2024 DIDNT SAY HOW IT WAS CREATED IT GAVE A TIME WHEN THE TRANSACTION WAS MADE!! (I AM IN THE *** AT THAT TIME) ?? Finally in Oct. I got to talk to someone told them I wanted to opt / cancel my yearly subscription AGAIN and my money back I didnt authorized that purchase and I WANTED A WRITTEN STATEMENT WITH *************. ON THE LETTER HEAD stating that I had cancelled out of the program to my email or mail it to my address! I GOT TOLD THAT THEY DONT SEND OUT EMAILS and I would not get any money back because it had been longer than 30 days, told them that I had tried several times since Aug. trying to get to talk to someone! Told me to get in touch with the support team and tell them I wanted a written statement showing I opt out. They wanted me fill out a form charge me 5.00 (fully refundable Ha!Ha!) and wanted a charge card # . So they could make more charges unauthorized. ****** and scammers ??

Unfortunately, I only see one email from you back in 2022, and some phone calls that occurred this year past the 30-day money back guarantee. To further complicate the handling of this case, I see that you filed a dispute on the most recent charge with your bank, which prevented us from issuing a refund while the dispute was still active. Since your bank decided in our favor based on the evidence that we provided, we are now able to issue a refund, which we have done. While we usually do not make exceptions this far removed from the transaction date, we have done so in order to terminate the subscription and  remove any subscription obligations that we may have with you.

    I have never heard of this company, Fixd Automotive until I saw an unauthorized charge labeled recurring transaction on my credit card statement for $99.99. I have searched through all of my purchase history just incase and made no initial purchase or business with this so called company. I do not live anywhere near *******, ** nor have I traveled near there recently. I firmly believe this company is posing as legitimate and scamming customers who buy a subscription or device and continually charge them unauthorized fees. However, I personally never made an initial purchase of the device they claim to sell, have never knowingly done business with them or gave my consent to them, and have no idea how they acquired my card information whatsoever. Others online attest to these unauthorized charges and it is clear with a tiny bit of research that they are less than legitimate. There are countless reports on the better business bureau and this company has been involved in fraudulent activity since 2017. This needs to be investigated and those stealing from unknowing customers and stealing credit card information from non-customers are engaging in criminal activity, those responsible need to be held accountable and refunds need to be made. Again I have never heard of this business before I saw a random unauthorized charge on my statement, I never knowingly gave them my card information. Fixd automotive *** is stealing from consenting customers and acquiring credit card information from non-customers and charging them to make it appear legitimate when it is in fact fraudulent.

    Thanks for reaching out to the **** Customer Support Team! I have attached your original order confirmation page of our product. As you can see, you purchased the sensor along with the premium subscription on October 20, 2020. Additionally, I have attached the shipping confirmation page that shows we shipped the sensor to the address you provided in this complaint. As for the subscription, since it was not canceled, the auto-renewal charge was processed for the most recent billing cycle. We ask in the future, that you work with our support team directly instead of trying to spread false information. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know instead of claiming that the purchase was fraudulent. 

    As you requested, a support agent has already issued you a refund for the subscription and it has been canceled. Additionally, we have deleted the **** App account that you created, and we have deleted your payment and billing information.

    Two to three years ago, I bought a Fixd automotive code reader. A limited use of the Fixd device was included with the purchase. ( one month or one vehicle ??). Recently I started to have trouble with another vehicle, plugged in the device, opened the app and a statement came up on my app on the phone which said something to the effect that, that by using the app you (I) agreed to purchase a one year use for $99.00! Frustrated with the car and with Fixd, I just closed the app. Next thing I know, we had a charge on our credit card for the $99.00 dollars!

I also see that you accepted the free trial, which according to the billing agreement that was accepted, automatically converts to the paid subscription unless canceled prior to the end of the trial. We then showed you a message that gave you an option to immediately cancel which was not done.     On Nov 24, 2024 I received a charge of $99.99 from FIXD for an "auto-renewal" of a "premium subscription plan." I did not authorize this. Last year this also happened. And just like last year, when I wrote to the company the **** representative wrote, " I have disabled the auto-renewal feature to ensure that you will not be charged for next year." It was *not* disabled. I manually went in just now and the subscription was still in effect. I have no doubt that next November 24th I would get hit with yet another year of money removed from my account WITHOUT authorization and a promise that they would deactivate.I would like a refund of AT LEAST this years fees.

    I purchased the obd reader from **** and did not purchase an additional subscription however today my account is charged $99.99!! I did not authorize this charge and did not sign up for a subscription. :(
