    I paid $29.00 on Feb. 4, 2023 to buy a car code reader. I wasnt aware that I need to pay a membership to use the item. For this reason I decided to return it. It was hard to get the return label from them, as they required. Now, is been over a month, they havent returned the money. I called and sent emails, but Im waiting still. My order number is UP-SB-403BDE57.

    I have been trying to cancel my premium subscription, and keep getting the same runaround message. To get started, enter the activation code for your subscription. This was sent in an email shortly after your purchase.There is no activation code anywhere to be found on any of the emails that I have received. I send a message to customer support and receive the same message again. At this point I have been charged for another years subscription, and I do not wish to renew and desire a refund and cancellation of the subscription.

    I was double charged within a one month time period. I was charged $69.99 twice a total of $139.98. This is shown on the attached document. I am requesting a refund for  $139.98.

    I went into the returns to see how to return my product and it won't open a window for me to receive a return label. I'm clearly in the right place but whe you hit the tab to print the label it doesn't even show up at all, and there's no redirection to see what's wrong.I have an unopened product that I want to return and I'm still within my 30 days of returning it. I purchased it almost 2 weeks ago.

    At the point of sale, the price was 19+15 shipping. The company charged me 80I contacted customer service and they said that they'll refund my money, but they charged a another 20 and refunded the 20 so they didn't refund me anything, this is a clear money scam. I did got a email that said that they'll charge 129 after a trial ends, i haven't signed up to any trial or other subscriptions.I'd hope the company refund me all money and delete my payment information. Or else I will contact the local authorities.

    I saw the product for sale for $21.99. When I saw my credit card bill there was an $83.99 charge for an annual fee I had never purchased. This was on February 15, 2023. Went online to seek a *************** keep saying its easy to cancel an order or subscription within a 30 day window but then it becomes impossible to cancel via their instructions. Websites down, your taken to places to activate the subscription and on & on. This is a very fraudulent company & should be flagged as such.

    On 02/13/2023 I made a purchase of $19.99 for a FIXD OBD2 senor after making the purchase I was given information that states I have a free trial until 02/27/2023 and will be charged $69.99 for FIXD **************** I cancelled this subscription 2 days before the date of charge and still was charged for the service. I attempted to contact the customer service team on multiple occasions and had a automated email sent to me. I want to cancel the service and be refunded for the $69.99 as well of no future charges.

    A couple of weeks ago I responded to a ******** ad for an automotive device for $22 from **** Automotive **** out of *******, *******. I received the device and confirmed the $22 purchase on my bank statement. A few days later, my wife noticed an additional charge from Fixd Automotive for $69.99. I called Fixd Automotive and got ten minutes of nonsense then I was placed on hold forever. They are apparently billing a customer for the agreed amount ($22) then, without permission, charging an additional amount for some sort of subscription fee. Nothing was mentioned about other fees in the original purchase transaction. This is nothing but fraud. My bank has been notified and my bank card has been canceled while they further investigate.

    I am rejecting this response because: They are still saying the same things they said before. This premium account was Cancelled in Jan. 2022. I did not ask to be re instated to this program! I guess they are thinking I "fat fingured" the renew button on their site? I am not saying I am above that but I did not renew this account in Nov. 2022. They made an unauthorised charge to my credit card that they should refund to me.

    I've recently discovered that Fixd has been charging me, $69.99, for the past three (3) years. After reviewing my records, I canceled all services with them. Upon contacting them, I was rushed through customer service, given a nonsensical response about having a "premium account" that I never had or would approve of, especially through autopay. They also shifted me to another "basic" representative to reinforce the same lies. I asked, specially to be escalated to someone that can make refund me what was taken 3 times. 33 minutes spent on the phone, yet again, getting the runaround. They said that I would be contacted by email within 48 hours. I've received no email. After researching, I find that many people are having the same issue with Fixd. They have been dealing fraudulently with all of us, and it is unacceptable. I am owed $209.97 for the three times I was charged fraudulently.

    When you signed up for our Premium Subscription, you agreed to be billed $69.99/year. We have sent email reminders detailing the subscription, the cost and how to cancel it at 1 week prior to renewal and 1 day prior to renewal. Prior to the most recent attempts, we do not see any record of cancelations for the first two years of the subscription. Because of this, we are only issuing a refund for the most recent year and we have canceled the subscription so you will not be charged again.
