    I have made several attempts via email and phone call to get the auto renewal cancelled. I never agreed to this and this is the 2nd time they have charged my card over a 2 year period.I have followed their instructions on their website and have been got no where with the representive named "****" I was told by phone and by email that my auto renew was cancelled yet today day 6 and I still see that the auto renew is still active.

    I am sorry for the confusion! The subscription will still show as active because you still have access to it for the remainder of the current billing cycle. I have confirmed that at the end of this billing cycle, the subscription will end and you will not be charged in the future.

    On 1/9/2023 my ******* ******************** Platinum ************ credit card was charged $69.99 by FIXD automotive for services I do not use and which I had cancelled in the past. I tried again, to cancel my service using directions from their website. They suggest cancelling using my Apple iPhone and stopping the subscription that way. There was no subscription listed for FIXD under my Apple subscriptions; therefore I could not cancel using that method. The next method was to cancel from their website, but it required an activation code from an email they sent years ago and which I do not have. I emailed the company and called them, but have not received a response. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge. It is clear that FIXD is unresponsive and purposely makes it extremely difficult to cancel the subscription to their services. I would like BBB to investigate, and attempt to have FIXD cancel my subscription and refund me my $69.99 for services I neither want or use.

    I would like to update my compliant case number ********. FIXD contacted me by email from ************************* at FIXD with information I needed to cancel my subscription. After multiple attempts I was able, I believe, to cancel my subscription. I have not yet received email confirmation that my subscription has been successfully canceled though and no word on a refund of my $69.99 charged to my credit card. But at least FIXD finally responded with the code I needed to cancel.

    I received a charge of ***** as of 11/25/22. I was never told that I was going to be charged for a renewal subscribed for this product. i have never used their their product. I never received an email, call, or message about it. I really want to have a refund and cancel of this subscription.

    November 14th. My credit card was charged with $34.99 from fixd. I purchased it in 2020 and found it to be a toy not a device to help you diagnose a car problem, and they were also charging some $40 monthly subscription for nothing. So I cancelled and November 14th 2022 I was charged again. **** and obnoxious **** the only so called customer service prima ballerina there hanged up on me 3 times. He complained that i did not aske for second cancellation confirmation number, when called back second time. He yelled at me and patronized me as if it was my fault that it's a scum company steeling money from people. I did not have a chance to speak to anybody again, so I don't know if they will charge me again next month and the next, and if they are refunding me $35 for November. Never received a confirmation email.

    I never signed any new agreement with fixed. And obviously there is no documentation for such agreement. Fixed suddenly just charged my credit card. How many more people have they charged like that and how many just ignored it or never noticed? 
    Their product is only a toy, not a useful car tool, so they mislead public with their promises of product usefulness. They dont have a real customer service. Its a one man show, that cancels fixed charges for those who manage to find fixed phone number and call. I never received any cancellation confirmation email. They may charge my credit card again at any moment in the future, im affraid.

    I purchased the product last year around dec decided i would use their subscription to there better service because the user interface was so bombarded with ads then thought I had cancelled services never used the product again to find out I was charged then this year $70 for a yearly renewal, I reached out to the company and requested a refund on the tended amount due to this being a accident they told me they cant issue a refund, its not possible for them to do so, I would go find there product and send it back free or charge to them I just would like the $70 back spent dec-***** due to no outreach to let me know they were charging me and for being so rude over the phone, I have a PayPal dispute in progress. If this Dosnt apply here and there is somthing different I can do please contact me all help is appreciated, thank you

    Bought the product in November 2022. I used the product once after receiving it, and was charged $69 for year subscription. I thought I had cancelled and had forgotten all about it, until being charged today for another annual subscription. Apparently they had sent an email to an old email I no longer use. I contacted them immediately when the charge went through and asked for a refund which they refused, only offering to cancel for next year (which I thought Id done a year ago). I shouldnt have to pay for a service Im not using (and havent) used. So now Im going to have to change my banking info so they cant charge me again next year? Worst thing is my financial situation is very dire right now and my husband is disabled, to have this happen right before Christmas is devastating. I had very little extra money as it was, now I have none. Itd be one thing if I was using the device, but I dont even have the product anymore, as another relative now has the car its installed in. This is so infuriating!

    I was randomly charged $79.00 from this Company. I purchased their little device out of pure curiosity over two years ago.I never signed up for any membership as the device falsely advertised its actual functions. Again, I purchased out of curiosity as I am a full time mechanic of 18 years. I received an alert from my bank on 12/7/22 that I was charged from this company. I contacted the company the same day and asked why I was charged to which they stated I was signed up for their premium membership, which I was not. I have not received any emails, letters, invoices, receipts notices or anything of the sort that would show I voluntarily agreed to being charged for anything. I was told the same day that the refund policy (which was also never made known to me in any way shape or form) expired even though it literally happened took place the morning of the same day I contacted them. After researching I found that I am not the only individual that this has been happening to. I just want a refund of what I was charged without my consent or knowledge.

    On December 6, 2022, I discovered a charge of $69.99 to my checking account. When I contacted the company and explained the issue, they told me I had signed up for a "premium " subscription in early 2020. I replied that I had received no notice of this charge and requested a refund. This request was denied.

    I received no email warning me of my upcoming subscription renewal, and was charged the $69.99 for the premium subscription I do not use. I emailed them about a refund and they refuse to provide one

    I received an email from fixd that they were going to charge my bank account for a premium account. My ex husband had an account and had it charged to my card while we were still married. I sent an email. That I wanted all of the accounts to be closed as I did not want my card charged for my now ex husband's account for *****. I sent the email with the information on November 21st. I have new bank cards not associated with my ex. and still today the company charged my account for the *****. When I sent another email, they simply said I didn't cancel my account. I have now a negative balance. It is Christmas and there is no excuse for a company to be this shady
