I bought the **** sensor and had a free trail for 7 days. I canceled before the 7 days but for some reason it didnt go through. I noticed on the day following the 7 days free trail I was charged ******. I cancelled again a second time and followed up with a call and spoke with a representative and confirmed that the ***** went through. It was confirmed. Now they are saying Im not eligible for a refund. Please see what you can do.Business Response

On February 28, 2025 I called the office and sent an email regarding this issue. I purchased a device from your company last year but I never signed up for any premium service. On 2/28/25 a pending charge of $99.99 is showing on my account. I do not want this service and I didn't sign up for this service. I would like this charge refunded and any services with your company canceled. I purchased the devices because they seemed like a valuable tool. I never signed up for any additional service. Inhave never even used the devices and never logged into any account. I am asking for this charge to be refunded to me. I appreciate yout help.Business Response

Ordered their FixD analysis for Car Problems and now they are charging for membership of $ ***** wh8ch I didn't authorized. Getting hold of the Company is impossible you are referred to an App.Extremely shady Business methods.Business Response

I have attached a screenshot of your order confirmation that shows the optional subscription and the sensor being added to your order before checkout. When you authorized the payment at checkout, you also agreed to the billing terms that were listed on the page for the subscription. Since the subscription charge was not processed, there is no refund needed. We have canceled your subscription and you will not be billed again.
For the sensor, if you would like a refund, please use the prepaid return label that I have emailed you to start the return process. If you need anything else, simply email us at ******************************.

I bought a car sensor from this company in September 2024. For two weeks they kept emailing me to download a premium subscription. I never downloaded it. On October 4 , 2024 they did a automatic change to my ****** account. I responded to cancel that subscription. It was a cost of $99.00 yearly. Something I can't afford. I did receive the refund back to my ****** account. Months later I tried to return the auto sensor but was told to late had passed 30 return policy. After several emails pleading to reconsider that for me because I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I received a email from **** ***** who gave me approval for return. Even email me the return label. He said the refund would be made once they received the merchandise back. I thanked him . On January 17, 2024 it was mailed out. **** TRACKING #**********************.I have gotten confirmation that the package was delivered on February 3, 2025 at 12:49 p.m. to the front desk. **** ***** continues to tell me it has not been received. I am very sorry for the confusion! **** was correct that you were not eligible for a refund for the sensor since as you mentioned, months after the purchase you requested a refund. Since a return label was incorrectly generated for you and you no longer have the product, a refund has been issued. I have also verified that our optional premium subscription that you signed up for has also been refunded and canceled.

I bought one of the ************* because my other one had gotten lost, I did not pay for anything for my old one except for the device. Now I have a new one it has charged me $106 and I didnt sign up for a subscription knowingly it would be in my apple settings with my other subscriptions but it is not. On Jan 14th I ordered this OBD sensor for *****, and on about the 21st of Jan I received this product which started I needed to register the barcode on the product, unaware that by registering the barcode I was signing up for ***** charge per year. But shortly after I saw a $7. and change on my card, around the 24th of Jan. ** I followed the steps to cansel the subscription, got a email to confirm that it was canceled only to get the same charge again, and also another email saying that I needed to update my card info. Because the date on that card had expired, That I was aware and I had no desire to do update that info with them, and assumed that was the end. But low and behold somehow on the 12th of February again there was a pending charge from FIXD this time it was *****, ** this time I called spoke with someone who said it didn't cancel and again she cancel and supposedly issued a refund and sent a email confirming the cancelation. But after contacting my credit card company no refund had been issued. How is it I see all the complaints on the same practices and bbb continue to allow this company to illegally charge consumers over and over again? It makes no sense.Business Response

From reading of other complaints, I am not the only one. All I did was order a **** OBD hardware. I did not order and or subscribe to any ***************** This FIXD Automotive, Inc. does not have an available live contact line. I am requesting the full refund of the fraudulent charge placed on y Cred Card of $99.99. I have been through multiple links, Refunding is not an option I see, only option that I have received, is "Cancellation". I did not order this $99.99 **************** simply refund what I fraudulently charge, $99.99.Below is the order I placed, nothing else, no Premium, not additional whatever, and again, from what I have read from other similar complaints, this appears to be a Fraudulence of charge to prior customer of a service that was not placed/ordered. That is all I was requesting.
As for the response from FIXD about the cancellation & refund.

Thanks for reaching out! I do not see a $106 charge on your account. The only charges we have under the information that was provided in this complaint are $21.09 (sensor charge) and $99.99 (subscription charge), and neither of those charges are eligible for a refund since they were processed 10/29 and 11/12 respectively and therefore outside of our 30-day refund policy.
