    Im am SO angry! I bought a device and now they have charged me $99.99 and ******** my account, causing bills to bounce. I DID NOT authorize this, nor did I want it! I bought the device and now want my money back on that as well. This is so wrong!!

    The Fixd scanner is ok but the company automatically tries to upgrade to premium and refuses to stop trying to bill for a service that has no real value. I regret buying the scanner becasue of this reason. I recommend all purchasers check their bank statement for the $99.00 even if you didn't order premium.

    They charged me $99.99 without authorization or notice two weeks after I purchased the **** device. At no time did **** disclose to me they were a subscription service. I purchased a device, not a subscription. I get now why they said it was SO IMPORTANT to download the app as soon as I received the device. I've called and left several messages and no calls are ever returned. I feel scammed. I've canceled my ****** card so they can no longer charge me. Companies like this that are based on non disclosure and hidden fees are very close to being criminals in my book, and no telling who they are affiliatated with, or who they have shared my private data with. I read the terms of service when I received the device, and there is nothing in the terms of service that tells me I have subscribed to a service that will charge me $99.99 everytime I use the device. This is totally unacceptable and borders on fraudulent and unauthorized charges to a FDIC bank issued credit card. I expect **** to refund the amount of $99.99 to my credit card, an explanation oth these charges, and total disclosure about the conditions of use on the **** device in the future.

    First, they will sell the initial product for 20$. Then a week or 2 later, there will be another surprise charge for 100$. When you try to talk to customer service, they don't help. They will just keep saying go to their website instead of giving answers. Just go to autozone, they will scan for free. This garbage ain't worth the headache.

    I purchased three devices as Christmas presents. Before they were even out of the box, and not even installed, there were three unauthorized payments from my debit card for $99.99 each. This company automatically charged an annual service plan to my card, even though the service plan is advertised as unnecessary to use the device. I tried contacting the company for a refund and received automated response to log into their website to "manage my service plan" that I did not authorize nor request. Ultimately, I had to cancel my debit card and remove them from access then file a stop payment with my bank to recover the fraudulent charges. It's a shame too, because the Ap would be an improvement over the stand alone plug in hand-held reader type that I have been using.

    I was charged for the device when I bought it 12/20/23 for the *****, which I agreed to. But then just today I was charged ***** for a premium prescription which I did not sign up for. And they took the money out of my account without my knowledge!! I havent even used the device yet! Or even downloaded the app!
