    Fixd is a great way to inexpensively monitor your cars health. It helps you get to a needed repair before anything catastrophic happens and keeps repair costs down. avoid getting stranded! Get Fixd!

    Back in December 5, 2022, I purchased a FIXD Automotive device for $69.99. Evidently there was a problem but I can't remember what it was. On Dec. 5, 2022 I also received a refund for $69.99. I received a second refund on Dec. 9, 2022 of $69.99. Then I was rebilled on Dec. 19, 2022 for $69.99 to offset the second refund.On Dec 5, 2023 I noticed a charge from FIXD Automotive on my CC for $99.99. It turns out this was an auto-renewal for fixed for another year. I don't remember signing up for renewal and contacted the company. They said I wasn't owed a refund because I was past the time limit for requesting s refund. I contacted the CC company and disputed. The CC company gave me a temporary refund of $99.99 on Dec. 5, 2023 and then rebilled me for $99.99 on Dec. 5, 2023.On 12/5/2023 I was rebilled for $99.99 again (Actually, Jan2, ****). I was given a second refund on Dec. 12, 2023 for $99.99.So all in all, I have been billed 3 times for $99.99 and given two refunds of $99.99 - Therefore I was billed for a renewal on a product that I didn't pay for back in Dec. 2022.There have been other customers complaining about the renewal process that if you don't want it you have to uncheck that box. I didn't see it and I didn't receive any notice that it was coming up so I could say no to it. This is deceitful and underhanded business practice and I want others to know about it. I would areciate a final refund of $99.99 to put this to rest. Thanks for listening!

    Its a scam! I paid ***** for this device and noticed an unexpected fee for ***** taken out of my account a few weeks later . First of all I didnt complete signing up for the device in the first place and it was sent to me anyway. I need my ***** refunded to me . Thank you. ***************

    Buyer Beware: FIXD Automative will sell you a unit but not tell you they are going to charge you an additional $100 without your agreement. Surprise, the $100 will just show up on your account even when you say NO you don't want the premium service. They charge you anyways! Do NOT buy this unit unless you want to pay the $100 yearly subscription. Terrible company using rip off techniques.

    Don't buy from FIXD. Their service is terrible. They will ghost you. They don't reply to emails, phone calls, nor US mail letters. I have two outstanding orders which they acknowledge having received in an reply email and state they are working on the order but still a month later no sensors. Spend your money elsewhere. This company *****.

    I too fell into their ******** trap and got a charge for $99.99 for their premium service days after receiving the product advertised for $21.95. I bought it as a Christmas gift for someone and am now returning it for a refund and expecting a reversal of my Paypal charge. This is just a clever way of scamming people. if their product is actually good, ** never going to find out as I dont want to do business with anyone with these business practices. Apparently, I have read from the many other complaints they have, that youre supposed to uncheck some box so you dont get charged for their premium service. Insane and deceptive. Then they immediately inundate you with email. I dont need this around christmas time, theres plenty of things to do other than chase refunds which I didnt actively authorize. Awful.
