    Paid ***** for the scanner and then they went back in my account a few days later and helped themselves to *****.. I called for a refund and was told that I probably signed up for a trial. Which I know I didn't. I only paid for the scanner. Very deceptive business. I'm waiting for my refund. I was leaning towards getting the premium later on down the line, but not after this bs.

    They changed me $99.00 for a subscription. When you buy the product. It says nothing about a subscription fee. I sent email to company for a refund. They never hit back to me.

    They offer what seems like a great product but dont clearly say you need to pay $100 annually to use the app that goes with the product until after you make your purchase.

    I've had weird things happen toy car that Fixed was able to diagnose it helped a lot especially in older cars.

    My scan doesn't work anymore , as I was trying to make it work a green button on the screen appeared and said continue, when I clicked it said thank you for subscribing, dirty trick , they make it impossible to reach anyone and if you do could be a scammer company said they wanted money for me to talk to someone , so I think I reached the real company and the guy was super rude and hopefully canceled it ,, been a nightmare , feels like theft
