  FIXD Automotive has continued to charge after I called and canceled last year. They refunded my money on the spot. However they continued to charge this year and have forced me to get not 1 but 3 new Bank cards! This is continuing after a stop payment from my bank. They are calling **** and charging. This is intentional and bad business. I smashed the *** reader with a hammer. Made me feel a little better. If this is happening to you, call the card issuer, **** or Mastercard and they can stop this. Took me 3 cards to learn this from my bank. If they can show any payment history like when I purchased the reader, they can get **** to pay. Hope this helps someone.

  I submitted this to BBB after emailing the company and getting back an answer that implied - too bad. He asked if I wanted a refund, and i asked if I was getting a full refund. He never responded so I sent this to the BBB, but got redirected to this page. As the other person reported, and many others complained on the ************* page, they charge $19.99 for the product, which is fine. That is what I expected. But then suddenly, I received a notice I had signed up for Premium, $99.99. I had not signed up. They had prechecked or hidden that fact in the purchase page. I personally did not sign up for any service. I haven't even taken it out of the box yet. They took the payment 2 weeks later and caused me an overdraft of $35.00 because I had not expected any payment. I sent a pleasant email requesting a refund but got a reply back saying I had applied so too bad. Next stop Paypal to get their involvement. I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. I sent another email to him today but truly don't expect a response.

  I am a senior citizen and normally cautious about buying online but I thought the product was a great Christmas present. I received numerous emails about starting an account- I let them know it was a present. So what did they do to this old lady- tried to take $99 out of my bank after I purchased the product as a one time thing. I then read where others were scammed as well!! I am so sick of people trying every avenue to not only rip off seniors but others as well. I will NEVER be fooled again. Shame on this company!

  I came across the Fixd sensor commercial, they have advertised it heavily so I checked it out. The ad said free with a 14 day trial, that sounded good. I clicked on it and it took me to another page. It gave me the option of the free sensor or buy a warranty for it for $19.95. I didn't need a warranty because I was just trying it. I clicked on the free choice and it took me to the next page. It stated that I had to take the warranty for $19.95 but the sensor was free. An alarm bell should have gone off right then but I really wanted it for a birthday present.So I made the purchase and it took me to another page and stated that my card would be charged $99.99 in 14 days, that was the first time that price came up. I said, ok, this is a scam so I tried everything I could to back out, but I was unable to. I saw the charges immediately on my card for $21.66. I disputed it with my bank and it was rectified. I received an enail stating that my sensor had shipped.I thought well I'll return it when it arrives, but it never did. I was fuming because a few days later I got charged for $99.99. I had it disputed and the money was returned to me. My bank asked me if I wanted to stop my card but I felt that they got the message and wouldn't charge me again, after all I sent 4 emails to their support department. I would have worked with these folks if they answered even one email but instead sent an automated email stating that they received my email and a COURTEOUS member would get back to me soon. Uh!! NO!! Never happened.Instead they charged me $99.99 again on 12/07/2023. I was forced to stop my card and I disputed that . So far I;ve had no response from them and the dispute isn't settled yet. My last email I told them that I was through with them and I was going to report them to BBB, Trustpilot, ************, write about them on my website, and h*** contact their mother if necessary, just joking about the last one, but it couldn't ****.

  Yesterday On December 6, 2023, I was contacted by my bank about a suspicious charge on my bank credit card. The charge was $99.00 for a premium subscription from Fixd. I have never signed up for any subscription service and NEVER authorized Fixd to charge my card the above amount. My bank canceled my card and denied the payment to Fixd. I would like any membership/subscription canceled immediately.
