    I bought a ***** dollar product then was automatically charged ***** dollars for a subscription I knew nothing about. This must be considered FRAUD unaware consumers beware.

    I'm giving it a low score simply because of the apparent credit-card fraud the service committed. I used FIXD a couple years ago. It was a fine product. I used the *************** for a year and then canceled. More than one year later I receive a notice from my bank that FIXD charged my credit card for the ***************. I did not renew that service. Fortunately my bank canceled that charge, but that resulted in the need to get a replacement card due to this fraud. FIXD kept insisting I signed up for the ***************. I asked for proof of this and they would not provide it (e.g. the ** address associated with the registration, etc.). I went back and forth with them for over two weeks trying to get more information and they just gave me the run around. That led to this complaint to the BBB.

    I am really impressed with FIXD and the app. I cant be easily fooled at mechanics shop with FIXD working for me.

    I bought two sensors 4 years ago and never paid for a premium subscription. The sensors work great for both of our vehicles, I dont have any complaints on those. What I do have a complaint about is that in the last month, Ive had my bank contact me and tell me that FIXD has tried to take $99 out of my bank account 2 times. That is considered fraud! How can you charge for something that I never signed up for?

    Its a great chip which I've had for a while. In fact, I bought the chip in November 2022. Fast forward to August 2024, I happen to check my bank statement and see a charge for $99.99 that I did not sign up for. You can imagine my confusion...I look on ****** and see that I was charged for a "premium service". Very strange considering I did not sign up for this.Now I've been on the phone forever trying to get my money back. Again, I NEVER signed up for their SCAM premium service, why was I charged and why is it so hard to get in touch with anyone at this nasty company?! Horrible way to do business. I recommend buying an OBD scanner from amazon instead of supporting this company.
