    The service was fine when it was active, but I cancelled my subscription 2 years ago and they keep charging me. I ended up needing to go through dispute resolution with my credit card last year and when the charge showed up again this year, I emailed Fixd customer service and they confirmed that the account showed as cancelled and my account would not be charged, but they charged my card. Based on my experience I would recommend using a virtual card that can be cancelled when you are done with the service. The whole process has been very frustrating.

    I used FIXD once in 2022. Then I say a pending charge a year later so I tried canceling my subscription (which I did not now I was still subscribed to). I canceled in July of 2023. The cancelation process is less straight forward. After several emails to customer service I got a confirmation that I wouldn't be charged $69.99 August 8th of 2024, I. Saw a PayPal charge of $99.99, I reached out to FIXD support to give them the benefit of the doubt and they responded that I have to go through their cancelation process again. This is unacceptable. I today them they have until the end of today or else I will report them to the BBB if i am not refunded. That didn't happen so here I am. Don't do business with FIXD.

    Scammers all the way. I've never gotten anything out of this purchase and I was not told I would be charged 99.00/year for this rip off. I was under the impression that the service was cancelled. How can I get a refund for this?

    This company is a total scam, even after communicating with them from a year ago and blocking them from my email, in addition to canceling the stupid subscription that i never authorized in the first place, they have again hit my account for another $99.99 and i am extremely tired of this. i call them and was told that if this transaction took place after the 30 day trial period, then i would not get a refund. Ma'am i don't have a subscription with you guys and and never have. My account was charged illegally and i definitely want my money back. This is a common occurrence with this company and something needs to be done about this .THIS BUSINESS IS NOT ACCEDITED. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    SCAM. Charged 2 of my credit cards. My AMEX notified my of fraud. It was, I never approved the premium service.
