  Fixd does not set the right expectations! The app does not show you when your subscription starts and does not update the app when your service is going to renew! I even had the premium service for the first year and didnt even have certain codes for 2016 ****** models. Its definitely not worth the purchase. They do not have any integrity and are not in the business of helping people.

  It's a scam, after I paid for the purchase they keep my credit card information, a year later without authorization they charge my credit card $ ***** and a year later the did it again , call them 4 different times and everyone of the representatives give a different excuse. The first one told me my refund will be done in 24 to 48 hours (it didn't happen) on the second call another customer service representative told me is going to take after 5 business days ( that didn't happen neither) now after calling again they are telling me that they are going to put a request. WHAT A SCAM CANCEL WHILE YOU CAN

  Fixed charged my credit card without authorization and wont give it back. I never got an email from them saying they were going to charge me . I think they are thieves

  No phone customer support. Unauthentic, not helpful, almost a-i email responses that try to get out of issues as their customer service methodology. Opposite of Amazon or anyone remotely good. Product is pretty good for a variety of reasons, but it should be 2 ***************** of where it is now - and the customer service should match it's quality. I appreciate the price point but it's just as good to go to your box auto shop and use their free scan tool. All this gives is at your fingertips and a few extra educational tips that you can simply and readily find on YT or online. IF the customer service was actually helpful and had a phone number. I'd give it a 3.5, but not the case, unfortunately.

  I purchased an engine code scanner for $19.99. Two weeks later an additional charge of $99 showed up on my credit card. Apparently this was outlined on a purchase summary page, but somehow I overlooked it. Seems many people have also overlooked the summary page. Perhaps this charge should be more clear. I would like my $99 back and my subscription cancelled. Thank you.

  Havent used the device yet but did not sign up for anything with them at all. Two weeks later, I am getting fraud alerts from my bank because FIXD had tried to charge my card $99.99 four days in a row! I am elderly and on a fixed, limited income. My bank will dispute the charge that finally went through after multiple tries by them, but now I will spend my Saturday driving miles to the closest branch to get a new card. And this has been turned over to the banks fraud division.

  My husband purchased auto part, it was shipped then a couple weeks later there was an additional charge of $99.99 on credit card that was never ordered or received an email what it was for. This is such of ripoff and so wrong!
