    This company ***** they are been trying to charge me $99.99 with no reason now I have my card restricted and I can't use it untill I have a new one by mail wich going to take at least 4 to 5 days this happen with my last 2 cards

    They are scanners, they tried charge my debt card $99.99 four times a single day for something I didn't subscribe to and don't want or need. I have changed my debt card three times, every time they try to take $99.99, which I didn't approve. I do not want to hear anything associated with them again.They don't deserve a star, zero is the rating, bad news.

    Deceiving and they run out your trial period by including shipping Automatically put you on a premium subscription and charge you for services. Before before you have a chance to try them.

    I wish I could leave 0 stars. I paid for the product, was offered a week free-trial membership, that ends tomorrow and I still haven't received the product. I'm glad I cancelled before being charged $100. They have no care for customers and offer no incentive to continue service. Their slogan should be give us money and **** off.

    My dad gifted me this device and i only wish i didnt wait 2 years to use it. I love it an using it all the time has made me pretty good at navigating the app.

    I ordered FIXD and after I order it, it asked if I wanted the premium for a year for $99. I did not click on it and exit out of the screen. I got it and I did not opted into their free trial or premium service. They charged me anyways and refuse to give me my money back. They said I chose the premium service when I assure you I did not. So this tells me it is impossible for you not to opted in to their premium service because they do it for you. Stealing from customers! I will definitely make sure none of my people buy this product or other products they have!

    Buyer Bewareread the fine print. The product works as advertised However, I was charged twice (within a 30-day period) for premium service (which should have only been once annually) and the lack of empathy, the inability to refund at the customer service level, and the perceived rudeness that makes this company a cautionary one.When signing up for the premium service, I was unaware that I was agreeing to an automatic renewal. When the charge went through, I called customer service and was informed that it was my fault for not paying attention (and since it was a renewal of service (other than the initial service)) and was not eligible for a refund. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not available and that one WOULD reach out to me either via phone or email (email being their preferred contact method). Neither of which occurred.After the second charge showed up on my bank statement, I called FIXD customer service once again. At that time, the first level of support could not tell me why I was charged the renewal fee again (within 30 days) and that they could not initiate a refund. I was transferred to a supervisor whereby she concentrated only on my initial complaint (reversing of the first charge (which she could not do)) and did not address the second charge. I hung up feeling incredibly angry and frustrated andpowerless.I went through my back and filed complaints regarding both individual charges. Today I received notice for both of my complaints: ********** The merchant credited your account, and we closed this claim. Im happy that (through the bank) I was able to receive the refunds and satisfaction. Its sad that FIXD responded to a bank action more so than from the actual customer. Its apparent to me the status of being a customer holds less weight today than in years past (in dealing with many commercia products).

    Excellent I bought a new Gas Cap from Amazon apparently its not good there was a leakage, FIXED found the problem and it reset all my codes and took off my engine light thank you,Mr B
