      This company keeps calling me asking for someone else's name. I keep telling them they have the wrong phone number. They are extremely hostile and rude. I called back a few times and spoke to a manager, who also said "I am a supervisor and have no time to discuss this with you and have better things to do" and hung up on me. Her name was ***********************. If a debt collection calls someone asking for someone else, they clearly aren't doing a good job collecting a debt, but harassing the called, me, and then hanging up after being extremely rude when trying to have a civil, none abusive and none yelling verbal discussion, clearly supervisors train their account specialists the exact way they work. Both need proper training if they want to conduct business for the company, even though I am not asset business, which is why they wanted to hang up the phone on me as quick as possible. As someone who works with people in customer service and with mannerisms, this company deserves the current rating it has. I wonder why BBB or the state the company this place is located in hasn't shut them down yet.

      Completely unethical. I had a ping from this company that made me realize my identity was stolen. Their MO is "we only collect valid debt that is owed" - well i submitted documentation they asked me for 45 days ago, including a police report and my documentation "still hasn't been reviewed". .Their next suggestion was to "just pay the $199 even though it does not belong to me" . They are now hindering a new home purchase for me. Their policies said they would let the credit bureaus know about fraudulent reports within 30 days - well almost 45 days later, my file hasn't even been reviewed! Contacting my attorney to pursue legal action if not resolved in 7 days or less, as we will lose our interest rate due to a charge that is not mine, in which i provided documentation over 45 days ago.

      They are a scam so I was explained that this would pay off my debt and know they took my money and tried disputing this matter when I called to ask for a receipt of my pay off and they gave me the run around of bs so dont let them scam I shame on u orly and *******

      I mmm called to resolve my debt and was already hit with a horrible attitude by a lady name ********. She asked what my account was? I thought, did I dial the right number? I said,I dont know what you mean and I went to explain why I was calling and she rudely kept interrupting me then asked for my social. I wanted to talk to a management and was was hesitant to continue. Very unprofessional and I got hung up twice by ******** and then transferred to a guy name ******* and he said he was the manager and seemed better but I told him I wanted to report her and he kept Gaslighting and then ended up hanging up on me. Im extremely baffled by this unprofessionalism and I was just reflecting back what they gave me. ******* was trying to deny he hung up on me but I said I dont feel comfortable dealing with them. ******** has no business being an employee there. She cant control her emotions.. rude

      **************** I called them to pay my bill. They didn't call me. They promised me a payment confirmation letter "by Tuesday"...this was on a Friday. That was 3 weeks ago. I have called numerous times since then and left messages for my rep ******************** or *****. But no return call. No letter. No email. NOTHING.Read the rest of the revies. This company is bad. Also, they all sound like they smoke 4 packs of filterless Pall Malls per day. It's always uncomfortable to call and talk to these reps.

      They will not release my account number. I sent them proof I paid the original debt and they refuse to remove it from my credit. This is the worst company.

      They are harassing me all day everyday they say they have my information yet cant validate a contract I have with them I will be reporting to authorities next since BBB isnt or willingly able to remove them from harassing consumers

      Trying to collect money for a bill I don't owe . I've contacted the original place it says I owe they said I don't owe them anything. Stay away from them they are scammers

      While I do understand that the nature of this business is to achieve higher net collection returns, I have never experienced such unprofessional, unethical, and disrespectful service from any business that I currently or in the past patronized. According to the company's statement of P.R.I.D.E.- Professional, Results, Integrity, Determination, and Excellence they seek to provide better service for their clients but for the last month and a half, I have received the exact opposite. This review serves as a formal complaint against the Account Managers ************************* and *************************** who were hired to resolve debts through a variety of ethical and professional negotiations statics. Upon calling in, I spoke first with ************** about my case. I explained to her that I would like to take advantage of a settlement offer at which time she asked how much money I had to settle. After I disclosed the amount, she interrupted me saying that negotiations start at 50% and that they wouldn't entertain my offer until I reached that point. I explained to ************** that I had been previously offered a lower settlement by a law office who works in conjunction with NCS but was unable to settle at that point. ****************** response was a laugh followed by the statement " well you should have taken that offer instead". I told her that I wasn't paying almost double to settle an account at a rate that was **** less only a few short months ago. She responded by saying "oh did I hurt your feelings, the truth hurts don't it". Her demeanor and comment were unprofessional, and I asked if I could speak with her supervisor. She transferred me to ******************************* voicemail in which I would leave several messages before calling back in and finally being able to connect with him after weeks of waiting. I'm appalled that I would be attacked in this manner for simply advocating for myself and finances. I am actually a respectful law-abiding professional that took the initiative to resolve my own debt.

      Completely unprofessional. After attempting to resolve a debt I was talked down to and judged by 2 different women. The first being an agent and the 2nd being a supervisor. As I was being spoken down to by the supervisor, I could hear other agents speaking to other clients in the same manner as if the sit in an open forum. As I spoke with ************************* (supervisor) and let her know I could still here the other agents in the background being spoken to in a disrespectful manner in the same way I was, she said that the agent I was hearing was not on the phone, but rather speaking to her neighbor about a customer. I let her know that either way it was disgusting and unprofessional especially in ear shot of distressed clients on the phone. As a supervisor she did not try to correct or reprimand the bad behavior which she had herself in speaking with and dealing with me. These people should not be allowed to handle peoples personal accounts or information at all. They will get paid bc they have to but their reputation must be damaged in the way they handle and judge people who have faced hardships!!
