      Thorough walk-through ahead of bid estimate. Competitive, pragmatic bid. Excellent on-site preventive maintenance visit. Excellent follow-up with next-step corrective maintenance items. We have a commercial property with 10 ************************** units of varying ages.

      Tremendous group of people to help you through the choices on unit needed .Came out immediately to address issues. The next morning had a complete unit installed.       They came at 6:45 PM on a 12-6pm window on a Saturday. Didnt do anything and didnt have any refrigerant on him said he used it all up at the last visit just told me I needed two new units and they were only 10 years old and they were starting at ****** apiece. Charge me $79 and then we had to have no AC for four days over the weekend and finally, I figured out a neighbor of mine was a HVAC guy and he came by and put in 4 pounds of refrigerant and got it working and got it cooled down. He told me that he doesnt think its a big leak cause Ive never put Freon in it before. I felt lied to and he wasted all my whole day on that Saturday and we were miserable for four days. I would like to get my $79 back.

      Ms. ********** you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have us come out unable to assist during the visit, especially given the recommendation to replace your system. We agree that we should have been better prepared to restore cooling in your home during that time. Please know that if your system required refrigerant, this indicates there is a leak, whether in the coil or the line set. Unfortunately, these types of repairs can be costly, which is why a system replacement is sometimes the more practical and cost-effective solution. While your system has been recharged, the presence of a leak means the refrigerant will eventually escape again. Depending on the severity of the leak, this could happen over the course of the summer, or within just a few days or weeks. That said, we recognize the inconvenience of our initial visit and, as a courtesy, we will gladly issue a refund for the service fee. We truly appreciate your understanding.

      We have been customers of ********************** for over a decade and we have had no issues whatsoever with our servicing, repairs and system replacement. We've used all the available services when we have needed them and we only compliments for each and every interaction we have had with the company. We are thankful they are always there when we have needed them and we've had no issues with anything they have done. It is always a blessing when you can count on a company to be always at their best!

      Had appointment between 12 to 6 pm on Saturday. Never received any updates on *** and never arrived. Received rude text telling me to let them handle their dispatch and never received any updates. Paid over ***** for two systems and warranties and this is the way you like to waste your customer time sitting all day and not showing up?
