5 starsOur semi annual scheduled maintenance was performed today by ****** ******, who was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with the inspection of our equipment. We know that we are getting the best service possible from CoolRay, and thats why we continue to renew our maintenance agreement with them each year! 4 starsThis was our first experience with CoolRay. We were pleased with the ease in scheduling. Their communication was great and notification given of an unexpected delay. We were given options to either reschedule or possibly expect the technician later than originally noted. All went went well and was even able to track the technician. The technician was pleaseant, professional and thorough. He explained his findings and suggested solutions.Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

2 starsCoolRay has done our semi-annual service for 2 years now with no issues. We have older units but they work great according to the prior techs. Last week we had our spring service and the tech said our oldest unit had no Freon and it would be $2600 to leak test and fill with R-22. We have a home warranty so I filed a claim and warranty tech showed me the gauge while it was on the ac- pressure was normal. Not happy they have a tech trying to sell unnecessary services.Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning
