      BEWARE Serious Concerns About Staff Conduct and Customer Safety I am sharing this review as a final attempt to warn potential customersespecially womenabout my experience with Grand Motorcars and an employee named Ashuntee (*****) ********. Despite multiple attempts to reach management, no one has returned my calls or followed up regarding serious and ongoing concerns.***** has a documented history of violence toward women and alleged child abuse that currently prevents him from seeing his own son. He has also behaved inappropriately with female coworkers (*********) and openly made degrading comments about colleagues (*****, ******, and ***) and management behind their backs.Beyond his personal conduct, Ive witnessed and been made aware of several unethical business practices, including: Misuse of customer vehicles for personal errands instead of direct delivery (He will not delivery you vehicle directly to you, and will smoke weed in it until he drops it off) Disclosure of private customer information without consent Pocketing unauthorized fees during the vehicle purchase process Making customers pay for unnecessary "add-ons" that benefit him personally (grand care fees)This behavior is unacceptable, and it's alarming that a dealership would continue to employ someone with this history and conductespecially in a customer-facing role and/or around women and children when he's not even allowed near children.I can attach and share all photos related to my concerns. I encourage prospective customers, particularly women and families, to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this dealership and this criminal in general. I sincerely hope Grand Motorcars takes these issues seriously before more people are harmed or taken advantage of and actually conduct background checks for the safety of all.

      Highly recommend purchasing from Grand Motors! I had a seamless experience trading in my car and didnt waste much time at the dealership. **** was amazing knowledgeable, patient, and made the process smooth from start to finish. **** with the finance department was amazing and was able to provide great information on the warranty. ***, the manager, was also very friendly and welcoming. Great customer service all around!

      Don't ever leave this place with them owing you money. They do not pay their debts. I bought a truck from this dealership last year. Paid for it in September, but it had a warranty repair which forced me to wait 3 months! They agreed to reimburse me for one month of my car payment to bank, plus $500 for a down payment paid twice. I have a signed "We Owe" from their then finance manager *******, but here we are 6 months later and it's still not paid. Ivory is straight up just ignoring all efforts towards contacting him now. Constantly not returning calls, ignoring texts, just hoping that I will forget about it. Not happening. I'm giving them this week then filing my small claims court claim next week.

      I came across the perfect truck on CarGurus. It was so nice and the price was good; a little less than KBB. The dealership selling the truck was Grand Motorcars in Marietta, **. I looked them up and found only good to great reviews. Like many others, *** dealt with the high pressure/zero integrity dealerships before. Once youve been lied to and scammed by a crooked car sales team, it makes you dread ever going to a car lot again. The rating and reviews were some of the best Ive seen so I gave them a try. Best car buying decision *** ever made. Honoring the internet discounted price? CHECK. Feeling helped instead of pushed? CHECK. No games or trying to weasel in additional costs on the backend? CHECK AND CHECK! In the end, their car lot calculator worked just like the one on my phone and that is rare. ********* is the most candid and caring car salesperson Ive ever heard of and the overall experience of buying a vehicle this way was as exciting as the new truck and the great price. Good people in car sales do exist. Theyre at Grand Motorcars in Marietta, **. ********* is the best!

      This dealership is operating as a service to customers that desires ridership and is looking for an honest customer experience and an opportunity to spend their hard earned dollars as a gesture of gratitude. This dealership has proven to be an incredibly disheartening place to do business with. I purchased a vehicle in February 2025 and the dealership is for whatever reason preventing the lawful transfer of tax, title and licensing to the ******************************************* and the designation of lien holder to my ********************. Repeated request to correspond with this dealership has fallen on deaf ears and the tax, title and licensing in ******* is unable to advance the process without the proper documentation. As of 25 April 2025 I am still driving with temporary tags based on the February 2025 purchasing contract. This dealership is not reputable nor is it financially safe for any consumer. I am unaware of why this is happening nor what kind of lawful enforcement can be imposed to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Until I am made whole this fiasco has got to be investigated.

      Do not sell them your car. On Friday, Feb. 21, 2025 I contacted Car Gurus to sell my 2013 ****** 4 ****** limited. I received an offer from Grand Motorcars (*********, **) for ******. I contacted Grand Motors and set up the appointment to turn over my car on Wed., Feb. 26, 2025. Upon arrival, they inspected the car and said that they would offer me ****** given some suspension issue that I was completely unaware of although I had the car inspected and brakes repaired on Feb. 2, 2025. I negotiated back to ****** and was told I would be sent a check from "corporate" via overnight mail after 3 business days. The copies of the paperwork did not initially include the final offer and I had to ask for that. After 7 days, I contacted the Hakeem, the salesperson and, at first, he said "check?". After explaining, he said it would be "soon" and that they had to be sure the title was clear before issuing the check. Today, day 9, with no communication or tracking number, I am issuing this complaint since they have both my car and my money and are not concerned. My next step will be to enlist an attorney.
