      BUYERS BEWARE. ALL THEY TELL YOU ARE LIES! I purchased my vehicle on 02/01 and my vehicle was supposed to get some buffing done before delivering the truck. I received delivery of the vehicle on almost TWO ENTIRE WEEKS for a half a** buff job. It was delivered on *********** Day and the **** transporter bringing my vehicle WRECKED MY TRUCK!! When delivered he parked it on driver's side facing my home. I got off of work to put in my new floor mats and got over to the passenger's side and seen that the drivers obviously scraped a wall or something high as the truck wheels sit higher than a curb. I called back in and the driver DENIED IT UNTIL he was shown PROOF of the damage he caused. Returned my truck the VERY NEXT MORNING so that they can take care of the replacements, etc. STILL NOTHING ELSE HAS BEEN DONE STILL! I HAVE 6 DAYS BEFORE MY 1ST PAYMENT AND MY TRUCK IS STILL SITRING IN THEIR SERVICE **** UNTOUCHED!! Almost EVERYTIME I call concerning my vehicle I get some sort of EXCUSE that the manager is in a meeting and he will call you back. WHICH THEY NEVER DO. They will hang up on you as well if you call back. It makes NO SENSE how these guys operate with lie after lie to the customer. However, I go to the reviews for this dealership and see THE SAME TYPE OF COMPLAINTS!! This purchase has been THE WORST NIGHTMARE A CAR BUYER COULD HAVE. ON TOP OF THAT, they did not want to give me a loaner and THEIR TEANSPORTER WRECKED MY VEHICLE. If I did not fight for the loaner, I WOULD STILL BE WITHOUT A VEHICLE. They are playing around with the RIGHT ONE!! I DO HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION. Things should NEVER have to get to this point. Looking at the reviews, customers are crying out of how they have been wronged. THAT'S NO WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER that has just made a purchase of a vehicle that costs thousands of dollars. KARMA is DEFINITELY something NO ONE is immune to. What you put out in the universe WILL RETURN! If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD!!FRUSTRATED NEW CUSTOMER

      I bought a car here on 12/28/2024 in which I just found out it was sold to me without an emissions - which is illegal in **. I have filed a report with the state. Here's what happened....I called today to find out why I did not receive my license plate yet. I spoke to the manager and requested an extension on my temporary tag. I was told he could not do that. I was told he would find out what the status is and call me back. Not one call back yet. I left work early to visit the *********** tag office to find out for myself what was going on. NO EMISSIONS WAS DONE!!!On top of that, the car was sold to me with loose lugs nuts and brake pads that were put on backwards! I will never recommend this place to anyone. Thanks to my son - who is a master mechanic, discovered these issues which the dealer did not want to deal with. Thank goodness I did not lose a tire, just a lug nut on the highway.

      Great place they helped me out a lot. They answered any and all of my questions. They took away all of my worries about purchasing a used vehicle. I highly recommend that you get your next vehicle at this dealership.

      It appears that I am among the lucky few that did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My 2two stars are for friendly greeting, and time spent with me. My issue is the bait and switch tactics. One price is listed on line, but they add an additional $3000.00 for "Grand Care" which is basically, prepping the vehicle for sale.I went to see a ****** that had a decent price on-line but was three thousand dollars more when I drove there.That is Bait and switch Apparently people are paying it. I don't understand that.The price plus tax, tag and title is what I've always paid.Naturally, I didn't purchase. Hopefully someone will read this and do some homework so that you don't squander you hard earned dollars.

      First, I would like to say if I knew there were so many negative reviews on this dealership I would have looked the other way fast. However, I made the awful mistake of trusting to many alpha males. They make you gain their trust, reel you in, hook you to lie on top of lies, then drop the ball and leave you hanging. This is my story about GrandCars (Marietta GA) how I was misled into buying a vehicle from their auto lot. 1)There were lack of communication throughout the entire sales. The advertisement of the vehicle mileage was at ****** (I have proof) was incorrect the actual mileage was at 80, 323 a difference of ***** miles. 2) when I arrived to pick the vehicle up on Saturday, October 19th. The salesman states another salesman had misplaced the keys. Therefore I would have to wait for a locksmith to make the key. Mind you I had driven three hours and they knew I was coming to pick the car up that day. I had to wait an additional two hours before I decided to cancel contract and leave then the compulsive lying started. 3) In order to not cancel contract these lies were told to us and we were coherence into believing the following lies by the service manager lets just say Mr.I in which they have yet to honor. (Lie 1) $500 would be knocked off the total price of car with a five year financing instead of seven. (Lie 2) They would give us 5 free oil changes either through pep boys or ********* whichever one was close to me. (Lie 3) They would add a full tank of gas in which I had to full the car up myself just to get home. (4) None of the three happened. I hope in the future you will not conduct business this way. I was always told a man word is all he has. It's a bond of humility and respect. This company failed miserably. This dealership is unethical you should be wiling to go far and beyond just to keep your customers satisfied. Shame on you! By the way, I still want what was promised to me during the signing of the contract.

      To the person who called me about my review and left me a VM, I called you back 3 times, for 3 people to say they dont know who are. So apparently my issues will not be fixed as I was promised they would. Then today I call again to return your call to be told honestly you just need to fix these issues yourself. Updating my review as I have had my car for 2 months now and day one concerns, that I was told would be taken care of are not. I live 4 hours away and why everyone was nice over the phone and very nice while I was there I have unresolved problems that at this point I am going to have to spend money on when I should not have to. When I test drove my car it had floor mats, they took it to the back to detail it for me and apparently forgot to put the back mats in. When I got home I texted the lady helping me, who knew they were present at test drive and I was told no problem, we will mail them to you. 2 months later, Im still waiting after reaching out several times. Also, the plug for the heated steering wheel was missing, I was told it is a very simple install and we will ship it to you, again, Im still waiting for this plug. To add insult to injury, about 2 weeks I was cleaning my dashboard and the clock in the center fell into the dash. This also happened during the test and I was told it would be fixed by maintenance when they detailed it. Apparently it wasnt fixed completely or it wouldnt have fallen again. So I immediately reached out and was assured again that all of my concerns were going to be addressed promptly. That was 2 weeks ago. I bought this vehicle 4 hours away as I thought it was a great deal. I see now I was wrong. I cant just drive there as it would be 8hrs round trip. My advice, buy a car close to you. This is a headache and my first awful experience buying a car out of state, but I wont do it again. I am going to have to spend $500-700 (if not more) out of pocket on items that I was promised would be resolved months ago.

      We purchased a 2021 vehicle. We noticed an issue during the test drive. They assured us it would be fixed before we picked it up. It was not. 3 trips total and it was finally fixed! The salesman was good. But the mechanics do not do a thorough inspection. On my way home, i found that the drivers door did not fully latch. It came open while driving. I fixed it myself due to safety concerns. I got the car home and was able to go through it more thoroughly. I found that the rear bumper had been repaired. And the driver front door had also been repaired. Even though i was told it had never been in an accident. All the exhaust brackets were unhooked, the front splash shield was missing, which holds the bottom of the front bumper cover, and the entire front bumper was not clipped in or lined up. In the end, they fixed the original issue found on the test drive, which was the auto start/stop feature. They also paid for the door part that i purchased but did not pay anything for labor, or address any of the missing items. The salesman are respectful but the business seems to push cars out without proper inspections or maintenance which can cause safety issues. I would not recommend this business due to that and i will not return.

      I recently bought a 2020 Sonata from this dealership. I was working with ******** to purchase the vehicle and he was both a fantastic gentleman and great salesman. He was open and honest while helping me to get the best price possible for the car. He made the experience enjoyable and smooth. Furthermore, in the first week of owning the car a freak incident that nobody could have predicted occurred and the dealership handled the issue in the easiest and best way possible for everyone involved. I cannot recommend this location enough and I will be returning for my next purchase!

      Sold car that would not pass emissions but I'm lucky to find an mechanic that resolved my problem also rep+ ***** and *****. Also they offer a 2 year service plan iirc.
