      Didn't cover a thing! I had to pay $800. I will be reaching out to the finance ***** to get rid of this awful warranty. What failed on my Jeep should have been covered. Even the dealership agreed! I will also be spreading the word, DONT GET THIS WARRANTY!!

      This place is the worst their contracts are specifically made so they dont have to cover anything. Ive been in the military and for 12 years and owned almost 8 vehicles in my life and never have had this problem. I purchased a vehicle and drove it less than 5000 miles and experienced engine problems and since the day I brought it in to the dealership I had to fight these guys on everything needless to say I lost and now dont have a vehicle and no ride to work. Also the dealership has had my vehicle for 4 months and its been rough for me and my family to manage with one vehicle. If anyone sees this message please stay away from this insurance company.

      Claim denied! I knew purchasing this was a joke. First claim ever and denied because steering damper was not covered. So we paid $800 on top of whatever weve paid to get this warranty. I will be reaching out to finance department tomorrow to get rid of this warranty. No thanks!

      Complete fraud! This should be illegal. Our mechanic checked out my car and said there is no compression in cylinder 3 and the side wall is chewed either from the piston ring or piston skirt and we need a new engine. This company wont take the mechanics word they have to look for themselves and they want the motor taken out and taken completely apart to see if the issue was caused from the driver even though the mechanic made it very clear this is not caused by the driver. They wont pay for the labor of this but if you dont let them do this they will reject your claim. Looking into a class action lawsuit and trust me We will have plenty to stand behind this.

      I just had my truck repaired. I took my truck to the dealership the day after Thanksgiving so that they could start the diagnostics check the following week. After the diagnostic check was completed, it took EASYCARE a very long time to approve the repair work. I planned everything so that the diagnostics and the approval could take place while I was on vacation. This did not happen. I was told by an EASYCARE representative that I could rent a vehicle since I wasnt going to be able to get a loaner vehicle until the work was approved. I was told that I would be reimbursed for up to $30.00 a day to rent a vehicle. Anything over that amount was my responsibility. I was okay with that. After returning the vehicle, I submitted an invoice so that I could be reimbursed. I just found out today that they are only going to pay for the actual time to repair my truck. This basically amounts to one day of rental. I had the rental vehicle for the allotted six days. That is what I expected to be reimbursed for. I am extremely dissatisfied with EASYCARE at this point. I was even told by the service writer at the dealership that EASYCARE has become extremely difficult for them to work with. I asked the representative today to send me an application to cancel my contract. This was supposed to have been sent via email. I spoke with her at approximately 2:00 oclock today(PM). It is now 7:00 oclock(PM) and I still havent received the application. If I cant be reimbursed for the full amount that I was initially promised, I will definitely cancel my contract! I dont recommend EASYCARE!

      Fraudulent car warranties.Always excuses to coverage.They claimed a separate oil issue cause my timing chains to fail? Meanwhile we took the vehicle for an oil change when we found out 2different parts needed replaced.There was nothing we could have done to "prevent this".The car is 11 yrs old.Probably just normal wear and tear.But they claim that since an uncovered part "caused" the issue they refuse to pay for the other covered damaged part.Bunch of scam artists here.Always some technicality or excuse.But they had no problem pushing this fake warranty on us at ******* dealership.Extra ****** per month on our car payment??For what? I am contacting lawyers to sue these fraudulent idiots.They need to be crushed in court.Stopped for good.A+ rating??Amazing. I guess the fake BBB can't be trusted either.Everything is a scam in this country anymore.Cant trust anyone nor anything.A shame

      Should have read the reviews before buying into this. Dealer has had my vehicle for 12 days with EasyCare nit-picking maintenance records (literally just oil changes) on a blown engine. My own hometown mechanic and the dealer both admit this is a known issue for this engine. So far this "extended warranty" has been an absolute waste of time and money.

      I got a VSC with EasyCare because the dealer I purchase my vehicle from was very pushy about it. Little I knew that this would be a pain to cancel. They took forever to cancel and I even had to provide a Notarized Odometer Reading. Now, after canceling they sent the reimbursement check to the dealer instead of me. In consequence, the dealer has not yet given me my money after more than two months. We are talking about more than 1700 dollars. Do NOT do business with EasyCare. Do not purchase any of their services. You will regret it.

      EasyCare is trying to deny my warranty claim even though it is valid. I have a 2017 **** F150 with approx 75k miles. The dealership diagnosed that the pistons were loose/messed up on the engine and caused carbon scoring. They contacted **** who said the truck needs a new engine.They are saying carbon scoring is my problem and a maintenance issue not an issue with the pistons, even though **** said this was a known problem with the early iterations of this engine that was later fixed after my model year. Only willing to replace the short block, not the long block where the busted pistons are located. Want to **** out or something like that the carbon scored area. This would take it out of **** and dealership spec. If part is taken out of spec is supposed to be defined as a failure. However they are saying it is a maintenance issue not a failure. Tell me what maintenance I could have done to know this **** engine had bad pistons installed and keep them from rubbing up the engine????Instead of admitting it is a failure they want to do a shoddy half **** repair and then stick me with another whole engine replacement after it is out of extended warranty in 3 more years or 75k more miles.Even their own inspector said it needed a whole new engine and they made him come back over a week later, have the engine completely tore down and change his diagnosis because they didnt want to pay the 12 grand to replace the engine.I need assistance in getting these people to stick to the terms of their own contract. If fixing the shortblock only will take it out of **** spec, it is a failure, not a maintenance issue. ***, all my maintenance since I bought the vehicle new has been performed at **** by **** technicians. Anything they said I needed done was done immediately. Which also goes against their bad maintenance theory. How do these people have an A+ with a 1.6 out of 5? Pls help.They need to listen to dealership and manufacturer and do the right thing.
