It was a terrible experience. It took them a month to approve a repair for my car, and when they did, they authorized a fix that worsened the condition instead of the recommended transmission replacement. After a month's wait, my car's repair was finally approved, but then it took another two months for the part to become available due to backorder. While the part delay wasn't their fault, had they approved the correct fix immediately, the part was available at that time. Moreover, they refused to cover a rental for more than six days. After repeated disputes, the dealership managed to secure an extension, but they failed to mention it was only for an additional five days. So, I was left without a vehicle for three months, with only an 11-day rental coverage. All this while, I've been paying for their warranty every month for years without ever needing it before. I would rate them 0 out of 10 and do not recommend their services. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Instead of EasyCare it should be called RefuseCare.EasyCare

Contacted Easycare for a paintless dent repair on Monday 6/16/24 while at the dealership shop that was doing the repair. The shop was available to get me right in for service but easycare did not want to cover all the repairs. Easycare was going to cover $120.00 of the cost and I was to cover the rest. Since I paid for a zero deductable warranty I questioned easycare who refused to answer any questions from me regarding the denial of service or explain to the shop what was/was not covered. After several hours of waiting I took a rental car that was supposed to be included in my contract. Right on the webpage, "However, extended service always includes 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance, Rental Car Coverage, and Towing Reimbursement." it is clearly stated that rental car coverage is ALWAYS included. Finally today 6/20/24 the shop called me and said that Easycare agreed the dent removal was within the contract and would be covered but now wanted me to cover the cost of the rental car since it is not part of my contract for dent removal. The rental would not have been necessary had easycare covered the service initially. This expense was created due to easycares poor communication and failure to do their jobs.EasyCare

Their extended powertrain warranty is useless. According to "*******************************" from APCO, (the parent of EasyCare), my claim was denied because my GMC dealer didn't document a powertrain inspection at 30K and 60K miles They will nit-pick your claim to death to do anything they can to avoid covering your claim. Many dealerships, particularly *************** dealerships offer extended coverage at no charge when you purchase a new vehicle. Don't consider this as an enhancement when you're comparing vehicles and dealerships that offer this warranty to others who don't. It's worthless. And CERTAINLY DON"T ever purchase an extended warranty out-of-pocket from this scam "insurer".EasyCare

I have had my car stolen over 2 months ago. Every time I try to make a claim, they say that something is missing. I call and speak to a customer service rep and they cant help me. It has been almost 3 months and I am still making payments on a car I do not have and that GAP is supposed to help me with. CLEARLY they dont help at all. I was in the car sales industry for 9 years and will make sure NO ONE USES THIS COMPANY, until they know how to assist people in what they pay for!! For the record, I still can NOT reach someone to help me no matter how hard I try!EasyCare

Everything is denied. I had my car in for service twice, one for a lift gate shock and the other for an issue with my AC. They denied both claims. This is an excellent example of why most extended warranties are a scam; they want to sell you a product, then good luck trying to get help. Avoid this company and take the money you would have spent on a warranty and invest it. At least you'll have that money if something goes wrong.EasyCare

EasyCare is NOT a good warranty company. We were sold the warranty when we bought our truck and it has been a hassle to get anything done. We were told it was bumper to bumper coverage and when we needed to make a claim on the transmission, they said it was not covered. The tech said that there is a restriction in the trans cooler and the bypass valve and EasyCare refuses to have it fixed. There is also a tapping noise in the motor and the tech said he found oil on cylinder six spark plug. They did a borescope and found oil to be entering the combustion chamber. Found oil on valves and cylinder wall. The tech recommended an engine replacement and EasyCare declined repair. This plan is not worth the money. Next time, we will go with someoneEasyCare

Firstly i cant believe i am giving a POSITIVE one star. There is nothing positive about EasyCare. They are born to be PainInTheA**.The dealer sold me their warranty saying its bumper to bumbper and covers EVERTYTHING that goes bad due to normal operation. When i had some issues , these thieves, do not cover anything. Its a Joint Scam between Dealers (who sell you this shi*) and PainfulCare .Sorry i can't even take their name properly. Not sure if there is anything anyone can do to STOP this daylight Robbery.Government should interfere in this.EasyCare

This is the most pathetic excuse for an organization I've ever encountered. This is my first ever review of any company and I truly wish I could give them 0 stars. They play games with you to the point where you wonder if this isn't a complete scam. I have tried getting my money back for 3 months and still nothing.EasyCare
