Love the curriculum, and the self-pace is awesome. Any time I submit a ticket or call customer service I am helped within a reasonable amount of time. Same with the grading of assignments. I've been a student for a long time (life happens), and I highly recommend Ashworth.

I would NOT recommend this school to anyone!!! I tried every attempt to talk to a teacher or supervisor and every time it would be canceled. I tried handing in my externship packet three times and got denied every time for not having a picture of my face sent in. I tried getting in touch with my teacher on how to successfully do this and it was impossible. Stressful program, save your money and stay away.Ashworth College

This college scammed me and prevented me graduating, and has poor student support services and material. However most regional colleges wont accept their credits for transfer but regional colleges like ******************* accepts their credits for transfer, no questions asked, check it out for yourself if you dont believe me. they use brightspace, and it is a fairly inexspensive way to get a decent education for those beginning to think about starting a future. That process goes well beyond ashworth so dont expect ashworth to provide it all for you, but they can be a good stepping stone.Ashworth College

DO NOT GO HERE! I have paid my bill on time every single month and yet every single month they call me telling me my payments are late but then when they check it they apologize and say there may have been a mistake on the system but they STILL continue to call me every single month!! Now when I logged in I have a letter saying they are threatening to send me to collections! At this point I am ready to take legal action for harassment. I am almost finished with my associates degree with them and was considering staying for my bachelors but no way! It is TOO MUCH STRESS!!! Stay away!!Ashworth College

Scam! When I signed up for the college I was told multiple times on the phone that they were an accepted college in the state I live. When I applied for a job I found out Ashworth college was not an accepted college in my state because they did not meet certain standards. Because of this, immediately withdrew from the program since what I was told when I signed up was a lie, they since sent my balance to a debt collector. When I tried to fight it for them to listen to the phone calls where I was told false information, they said Ashworth college wouldnt work it out. They know they tell people false information to get them to apply them scam them. Now Im in between working something out with the debt collectors or maybe taking Ashworth to court for their scam. I cant decide what course of action to take. Why would I pay them for credits that ***** even accepted in my state? When I was clearly told they would be? I would never recommend anyone to attend this school as its a scam and the classes/ credits are not transferable or accepted.Ashworth College

These crooks keep saying I signed up, and saying I owe about $2,000! I've sent a police report, proof of address (I live in *****, not Alabama) and they still put these charges on my credit report. I've even shown them where I filed for Identity Theft on the credit bureaus, on identitytheft.gov, and the **** I will be getting a lawyer if this continues. I've tried everything to get them to understand that i didn't sign up! Someone else used my name, an address in Alabama, and my date of birth and social to sign up.Ashworth College

Never signed up! Already have a different degree!I've emailed/phoned/etc several times I was frauded over 4 months it was identity theft. I still get emails I owe $1000-$1400 for payment when I never took a course AT ALL even a bit!They continue!I do NOT feel safe, I literally feel like they're stalking me and I need "to pay them or else"At this point between between my credit and their emails I'm seriously scared and I haven't did anything!It's an effin shake down.I think they are bad people and they should stop.Ashworth College

I wish I would have seen all this before hand! I just completed the Medical Billing and Coding program online. I'm a very fast learner and usually have no problems learning online. However, when I had questions about the material, I had to make an appointment to speak with my instructor (who was great). The appointments ranged from 3 days to 2 weeks away. I was informed multiple times that Ashworth works in conjunction with ***********. The material was outdated. There were many instances where there were notes at the beginning of the chapter that "this is the correct code however it is deleted now, so here is the code you're not going to use but is correct." There were instances (and I have pictures to prove it) where the quiz would say I got the answer wrong, give the correct answer, and it would match my answer exactly. I had to do most of the first chapter of coding by using CMS's online ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS and CPT codes because my books had not been shipped yet ( they finally arrived a month later, just as I was finishing up the chapter on coding, and after the books I ordered off Amazon came in). So, I finally get done with the course and pass it. The only option for taking the certification exam was through the **** However, the top two billing and coding organizations ************** DO NOT recognize the certification, leaving me wondering what am I going to do with this piece of paper, especially since I need a certain number of CEUs to maintain certification. Also, anyone who knows anything about billing and coding knows the importance of being a member of an organization not only for networking and finding employment, but also for the CEUs offered and the ability to ask questions. Ashworth never said anything about that. It is ironic that Ashworth is affiliated with AAPC but chooses to use the lesser accepted/acknowledged NHA exam. I am so fed up with dealing with Ashworth. Finding this out about the certification is the icing on the cake. It is a scam.Ashworth College

1 starThe service=terrible, service response=terrible, helpful or correct "resolved" tickets that aren't really resolved and we're of no help=100%... If I had known how much I would pay while trying to better my life with having disabilities, one of which is ADD; and end up not being able to actually finish furthering my education and degree because of "allowed" time is atrocious. I should be able to keep "shipments" of textbooks and materials that never shipped but I paid for. And to top it off I wasn't able to progree for half a year because my semester exams weren't available to me and ******* codes weren't sent!Review fromHeather P

This school just wanted to take my money! Im in the vet assistant program and they keep wanting more and more out of me! Ive done everything that they asked for and no results! I still havent gotten my certificate after Ive completed everything! DO NOT GIVE THIS SCHOOL ANY MONEY! WORSE EXPERIENCE!
